The teachers thoughtful adapt poses for your specific needs and develop a practice that prepares your baby and body for labor. Attending these yoga classes was so beneficial for my mind and body - they were a dedicated time for me to connect with my changing body and really think through how I wanted to approach birth for my second child. If I could recommend one thing to any pregnant person in KC it would be to attend these classes. They are incredibly welcoming, informal, and you come as you are.
