You just go onto their website and select the type of massage or experience you are looking for. You can choose a specific person or any, and pick your time. They do book up, however, I was lucky and made an appointment the day before. If you are looking for specific times though, I would try to go at least a week, sometimes two weeks in advance. When you arrive, you walk right into their waiting room which is very calming. Their are signs that tell you to silence your phone, and wait for someone to come grab you. Once you go back, there are multiple rooms. The rooms themselves are also very calming and they have heated tables for your massage. They ask you various questions about pressure, any allergies, types of scents, etc and then they get right into it. Overall, this was everything I needed and more. I love how close it is to my house, the ease of booking, and how comfortable they make you feel.
