I arrived early, like the website said, and the instructor talked me through everything so I wasn't quite so lost during class. And let me tell you, the class will be TOUGH. Thankfully, they also show you how to modify things in case anything is too difficult to start. Most classes follow the same format. Warm up, arms, legs, seat, and abs, but no two classes do the exact same moves. I found that particularly nice because it's regular enough that you know what's coming up, but different enough to keep your interest. If you're looking for something new, Pure Barre is with a try!

My stomach was hurting, and there was no way I could hold it, which is already embarrassing. Being turned away so abruptly did not make me happy, especially since I had driven over 45 minutes just to get to the class. I was told I can't miss the first five minutes of class to ensure client safety, but I think it would put everyone at a safety risk if I were to have an accident and shit myself during warm-up. The class had already started, it's dark in the room with blue lights. Music is blasting with great beats to get you in the workout mood. There is only room for 15 max capacity, which is great for those that don't like crowded gyms. It's a class you have to sign up for, you can't just show up and attend unless there's someone that didn't show up or was super late. It is an intense workout class, but in a great way. You're testing your endurance on so many levels. I've never seen such a machine or ever tried one, but I loved it. They call it the, "sweat-Lana" which is funny to me being I'm Eastern European and Svetlana is one of my aunts' name. Overall, a great studio and very reasonable pricing. Stop by and get your workout on, you won't be disappointed.

For this, I could not be more grateful. They will patiently and expertly adjust to your level and needs. There are now four youngsters from my extended family benefiting from BBS. Members range from true beginners to super jocks and yet all blend in smoothly. The owners and trainers are genuinely passionate about their mission to turn you into a healthier individual. I highly recommend this affordable and collegial no-judgment zone. Truthfully, sometimes I have to reluctantly drag my sorry rear end there but I always feel so much better after my group or individual session.
