Thursday's Form and Flow Level 2 rejuvenates and strengthens. Friday's Fun Flow brings yogis together for wine and conversation post-flow. Every class has something to offer all beginner, intermediate, or advanced yogis. Non-judging and full of lovely humans, Solid Roots have become home away from home. There is plenty of parking, the staff are attentive when you need them, and it is not a bad gym at all. The machines are hardly ever out of order, they recently added new equipment, and it's not dirty at all compared to other places I have been to. The price is great, their in-store items are reasonably priced, they're open 24 hrs... just great honestly. It is nice to see all ages and athletic levels coming in to workout; it is also a very diverse spot. Yes, it gets busy, but I never had to wait more than 2 min for a machine. Lastly, you can cancel online if needed now... that alone is a great perk nowadays. Overall, I'd give this PF location a 9/10.

Not sure I even saw everything as it's a 2 story building. All the equipment I used was clean and in good working condition. I only had minor wait times and it was a peak time I went in (5:30 PM). The staff was friendly and helpful as a newcomer I didn't know where things were. I would highly recommend checking it out and I will be going the rest of my week I'm here in Lexington and most likely during my future trips.

The coaches there really implement a certain level of attitude as well as discipline for the gym and that's what separates this gym from all the other ones.
