It is a little on the pricier end, but actually comparable to other studios in the area. The staff is great and the energy of all the instructors and classes are AMAZING! They play the best music and are highly motivating. The space is big and the room is HOT. It is challenging and definitely more intermediate to advanced level in my opinion. During the class I'm always shaking my head second guessing my life, but after I feel stronger and accomplished! The parking is the only downside, but the first 90minutes are free and I typically can go to class and leave without paying.

He said that he would make an exception. when I told him that I forgot my mat in the car and if I could go get it, when I came back inside he said that on his end it said (unpaid) I'm not sure how or why if I did it through ClassPass. I'm pretty sure he canceled it on his end so when I got home I checked my phone and I found out he did in fact cancel my class after speaking with customer service for classpass. Not everyone carries their ID with them when going to work out, especially if I'm not bringing my purse. That's something that should be said Before hand nowhere on the app does it say that you need to show your ID.

River and Zach help you completely disconnect from the chaos of the outside world so you can reset, breathe, and come back to yourself. I truly cannot recommend this team enough--every single instructor deserves more than five stars, including the front desk staff. Olena is such a warm and delightful presence the moment you walk into Oxygen Yoga. She created this convenient towel system and is always professional, with a bright, welcoming smile and amazing energy. The entire Oxygen team has a true family feel--deeply knowledgeable, supportive, and committed to creating a welcoming, uplifting environment from the moment you arrive. Every instructor and the owner are incredible at tailoring each class to your level, pushing you just enough while still making you feel safe, supported, and confident. I leave each session feeling stronger, more capable, deeply supported, and energized. This is an exceptional community--thank you for such a unique, empowering experience that has genuinely changed me. This place has truly become a community and a second family to me. I've gained friends here I know I'll have for life--built on mutual interest, trust, and respect. This business has genuinely supported me through tough a lot and continues to amaze me.

It has become my second home, filled with an incredible community that truly feels like family. Regardless of my mood or physical state, stepping through those doors is an instant remedy. I've yet to have a single visit where I didn't walk out feeling better than when I arrived. Whether I'm feeling energized or exhausted, this space is my reset button. What makes this place so special is the consistent excellence of the instructors. They are all incredibly supportive, always encouraging us to listen to our bodies and move at our own pace. I've come such a long way since my very first Barre class--I remember feeling like I was going to faint that day, but now through consistency I've never felt stronger. The atmosphere is just as consistent: The Heat: It warms you up quickly and provides a fantastic sweat every time, which I personally love. The Intimacy: It's a small, welcoming community where the staff actually takes the time to know your name. The Experience: From the curated music to the deeply touching, positive words shared at the end of every class, it's always a beautiful experience. And, of course, that ice-cold towel at the end is absolute perfection.

Having taken studio yoga, online classes, and then Isha programmes, I am confident that Isha offers the best quality of Yoga teaching. All styles of Yoga are taught here. There is no subscription or required membership. Just take the programme once, and the practice is yours. Periodic correctional and review slots are offered. You can practice anytime, and anywhere. There are 3 main programmes: Inner Engineering is an incredibly joyful and profound entry into Yoga. It blends Hatha and Kriya Yoga beautifully. Bhava Spandana is a deep exploration of one's emotions and drives great acceptance of oneself and others. I felt more emotionally available to myself and the people around me after this. Shoonya is an incredibly powerful yoga practice and meditation that give one tremendous stillness and intensity. They also offer classical Hatha Yoga (Surya Kriya, Angamardhana, and Yogasanas) all of which foster great physical and mental balance. This is most comparable to online and studio yoga, and is phenomenally taught. Outside of tentpole programmes, all taught by trained Isha teachers, we have more accessible offerings like Free Yoga Day once a month, where you can come and explore the space, do some yoga, and inquire about what is best for you The Foundation and center are non-religious. People of all faiths are welcome and there is a holistic sense of well-being. Everyone is kind, non-judgemental, and inclusive. I feel blessed that a Center is now open in the LA area.
