I am so glad I have found Tess. So far I've had three of 90min fascia blasting sessions, and my body feels so much better. Tess is phenomenal. I started fasciablasting a couple of months ago. I'm very happy wit the results I'm seeing at home, but wanted a professional session to learn how to optimize my self-treatments, better understand the techniques and see what professional results looked like. The process was lovely from beginning to end. I filled out thorough intake forms before my arrival and Tess was great with communication so I knew exactly what to expect. Once in her treatment room, Tess took reference photos (she sent me before and afters that afternoon), walked me through a helpful analysis of my body, and then set me up in her comfortable "Steamie Wonder" - which lets you lie down in a steam room, while keeping the humidity out of your hair! The treatment itself was great. You lie on a heated table with additional heat blankets keeping the areas that aren't being worked on pliable. She was able to get all the areas, like my back that I can't and switched between blasters, using the faceblaster to really get into defining and carving out muscles. I was seen by Paula for my first professional fascia blasting session. OMG!! It was amazing. The most relaxing 1 1/2 hrs of fascia blasting - since I usually do it by myself and usually left sore and tired after doing it. Tess the the greatest! Whether it's fascia blasting or massaging she's incredible, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I went in for fascia blasting to break up some scar tissue and she went above and beyond. She steams you first (you could fall asleep in there) and even puts essential oils and herbs in the water so the steam smells incredible, who does that! This review is for the Fasciablasting treatment I received with Paula. I have been blasting solo for quite a bit and felt that I needed help taking my results to the next level. I was excited to see that there were services in my area and immediately booked. I was greeted by my therapist Paula who was sweet, amazing and made the process seamless. Before and after blasting pictures were taken for comparison. The heating method used are super hot heating blankets and heaters within the room to keep the room hot for optimal blasting. She asked about my problem areas and performed the treatment based on that. They don't use Ashley Blacks oils and after care treatment, but like me use essential oils that are very soothing. The blasters used currently are the full length blaster, single claw and mini 2. I'm crossing my fingers the faceblaster (available in Feb) will be part of their arsenal soon. My first professional blasting session was awesome and I felt the BEST afterwards! I've had this blaster in effect since March as mentioned before and never felt as invigorated as I did today. That's mind blowing to me. I felt so limber and pliable with a spring in my step. When I do it alone, I'm usually grumpy and exhausted by the end. Add frustration because some areas I just cannot attack the way I need to. This was perfect. I also learned that even though I didnt think so, I'm still blasting too hard. I have to let up some and let the layers give way in their own fashion. So with the treatments you get a little education for your self therapy at home in between these professional sessions of you own a device. Needless to say, I'm definitely continuing professional treatments because it's nice to know that at least once of twice a month you're doing the proper therapy. In one treatment my meaty love handles seems a little less meaty. Two days after treatment my muffin too is near gone. Do your research about the treatment and then go visit these ladies.
