Janet's instructions were really clear and her voice and energy were so soothing. It was exactly what I needed after a long work day to help me unwind and get some good sleep. There were only 2 other people in the class which made it really intimate. Will definitely back! The second time, I took an Infrared Reformer: form & flow beginner with Blaire in the morning. This class offers red light in the evening but not in the morning. I had underestimated how hot this class gets because it said "lightly heated". I was dripping sweat shortly into the class. I personally enjoy taking heated classes in the evening with nothing else planned after so I can shower immediately. I also would nourish my body a bit more before a heated class. I felt dizzy at times because my blood sugar was dropping. The instructor was really patient and checked in with me. Overall, I really enjoyed the class and would take it again but in the evening.

As I personally didn't have any interaction, I was still taken back by how I saw them behaving and it has left a sour taste in my mouth leading to this review. The class itself was OK.. I have experienced far better classes at much better rates; I felt as though the class was haphazard and it felt like instruction I would see on tik-tok ads. Fun fact, looks like their response to Amy D's review was AI-Written, so that loses another star from me as well since it shows how little they care about their paying customers. Overall; there are FAR better options out there and I would avoid this place if you are more social-able than I, because interacting with these people could be painful.

This is an amazing studio with expert and professional teachers. The studio has the feel of a wonderful boutique that has clothes tailored just for you. But instead of clothes, it's exercise. There are fabulous one-on-one Pilates sessions as well as group classes in Pilates, Bellicon (A jump and aerobic workout) and Yoga Nidra. What you will find here that you won't find at other studios is teachers who really check in with where you are at physically, so you are much less prone to injuries. It's that specialized attitude that sets this Pilates studio apart in my opinion. Victoria teaches the Prenatel class. She is such a sweetheart and i feel lucky to have met her. In My first class with her i felt welcomed. I previously took a prenatel class in Tarzana by wholefoods and it was cold, unwelcoming, and no one spoke to each other. The teacher didnt take a minute to get to know the new students. Needless to say, i never went back. After i had my baby, i continued going to go to mommy and me yoga. I went when my baby was 6 weeks old and it was a great place to go and get out of the house with baby and meet other mothers.
