I'd never heard of Graston technique, for example, and that was one of the treatments I got, which wasn't exactly pleasant, but I do believe it helped. While I wasn't healed in my 3-4 visits, the treatment when I was getting it did alleviate my symptoms. Dr. Lassiter is super cool, as is his assistant. About a month into it, I went to Dr. Holland and immediately started feeling relief. I wish I would've gone at the onset of my issue.
