The others in his office follow his lead and round out the good experience patients have at Dr. Burton's office (I have seen times when he has had a hard time getting patients to leave!). Unlike so many doctors of all types, he gets to know his patients to the extent they want and remembers when they tell him about things like a big trip they have booked. Also unlike so many he has a very broad working knowledge beyond his professional expertise in the dental field and that shows conversationally. As a result of his comprehensive response to the pandemic and detailed effort to keep his patients safe, even in these trying times seeing a dental appointment on my calendar means I will have a good experience coming up. The dentists do not own the practice. When I called to inquire and learned they were part of this huge network nationwide I started to question more and ultimately the receptionist hung up on me. I couldn't believe it!! Dr. Fessler is a Saint for seeing me and relieving my pain so I could enjoy Christmas!! Not only did he see me when most offices would have said no, but he alleviated my pain. Never in my life was I more grateful. Such an incredibly kind and empathetic person. Later that week, Dr. Huh who is as equally kind, gently removed the tooth. He is the kind of dentist who explains the entire process from beginning to end which makes a potentially scary procedure pain free and anxiety free!! At 70 years old I began going to FANIKOS, she examined my teeth, took a mouth of X-rays even cleaned teeth and did 6 filling at one appointment. After a visit last year she said I needed to see another dentist ( specialist) to deal with under crown cavities, I signed a release to send them my X-rays and booked my next cleaning at her, FANIKOS office. 6 months go by I get reminders about my upcoming cleaning and then was told I had been released from FANIKOS to the specialist...yup thrown out of a dentist practice because she did not want to deal with any of my dental work. Never have i had a doctor refuse to see me....I would think doctors are obligated by oath never to refuse anybody, Well at 73 years old I was thrown out because she did not want to deal with my mouth anymore. She suggests a specialist you better see him/her because once you sign the release form to send them X-rays, you will be out on the street like me. GOOIOOOOD NEWS. I am in Florida. I went to another dentist in FLL. THE DENTIST saw me and I explained what front teeth I needed repair. She did not hesitate treating me like an old patient. Repaired 3 and I'm going back for more repairs.....and a cleaning, this is how a dentist, a doctor or any professional should be. To bad I had to go 1500 miles to find A DENTIST WITH A HEART.......and my front teeth are looking amazing. But this past weekend, they went from great to amazing! The night before a huge event, a veneer I had for 20 years suddenly came off. I called the emergency line. Even though it was only cosmetic, Dr. Salib called me right back and told me to come it. It was nighttime! She spent her night fixing my tooth, and I was able to have a beatiful smile for the photos the next day.

I found Dr. Goldberg, and made a consultation appointment with him. He took X-rays, examined my teeth, and said one of your tooth definitely needs root canal but the other one does not for now. Then he thoroughly explained what was going on with the tooth nerves inside my gum, why the tooth needed root canal and how the root canal could save my tooth. Dr. Goldberg's explanations were very convincing. Although very much scared of root canal procedure, I decided to go for it. The root canal treatment was completed in 2 sessions each 1.5 hours long (total of 3 hours). I found Dr, Goldberg kind, nice, considerate, caring, experienced and professional in his job. He never was in a rush. He always had time for my questions, and patiently addressed all my concerns and questions. He gave me his email address, his cellphone number and work number, and said feel free to call any time if you have any questions or concerns. During the root canal procedure, he checked on me several times to be sure that I was comfortable and was feeling no pain. Sometimes he made funny conversations to distract my thoughts from things were going on inside my mouth. After Dr. Goldberg got the root canal treatment done, I was so happy and satisfied that I hugged him. :) Two days later, he called me to follow up. What else could I want from a doctor? I hope you all have healthy teeth, but if you need root canal consultation or treatment, I highly recommend Dr. Goldberg!
