At the time. I was on FMLA from both my jobs after cancer treatment and surgery for Breast Cancer. I was waiting for a check to clear the bank in order for him to start this project. After it cleared my husband met Andrew and gave him 1/2 the agreed upon cost in order to get the wood to start building. The expected date of deliver was set for 3 weeks with progress pictures promised from day 1. A total of 8 weeks went buy. We sent several messages asking for updates and at times no response. At one point, he did send a picture. We image reversed the picture he sent to us and found that he pulled it from a Google search engine and it was from an Ebay image. Since then, Andrew has blocked ALL means of contact with us. We have sent a notarized demand letter for the return of our cash or we will take an alternative route legally. Unfortunately, he did not follow through so, we are spending even more to take him to small claims court. I really wish there was more honesty and respect. We work really hard for our money and the fact that he took advantage of me knowing what I had just been through is a shame. NOt to mention it's just disgusting!

After we advanced the money, two gentlemen came 10 days later to start power washing and scraping but left abruptly to go get fuel and never game back. A few days later, a single gentleman came to pick up his ladder and said the owner didn't have money to buy the materials. We tried to call the owner several times but he wouldn't answer. When we contacted him through Facebook messenger he said he had lost his phone and kept making promises to come back to finish the project but never did. We requested the project be finished or the money returned but 10/30/19 and haven't had any response back. We hired a different contractor for the project and it was completed in 5 days. We will be pursuing a refund on the advance to commons construction in small claims court.

He never went into the attic. He did spray the mold and replace a small section, requiring no more than a single sheet of sheet rock. He did not sand it all the way smooth when finished, nor was repainting the tiny section of wall part of the price. This job took a total of 3 hours to complete and I was charged $1,100! Waaay overpriced!
