I was told yes, however I would have to have him sign. Today, Monday, February 12th I stopped in and Donna processed the easy form FOR ME, highlighted all the signature lines for my son to sign. I drove 4 miles one way, had my son sign, drove back to the Plaistow office only to be told my son would have to come in person with ID. I asked why and the response was " it looks fishy because the 435.00 refund was going into mom's account and not his" Then Kyle asked if my son had a checking account that the refund could be deposited in, I replied no but he has a savings. Kyle would not allow it to go into his savings. His response was "what 34 year old doesn't do their own taxes and does not have a checking account. At that point I asked for Corporate, he would not comply, told me to call customer service. I also asked him if he could call my son to verify all personal info. still would not. He was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend going to Plaistow office.

Anyways, we worked with Miguel who was awesome, professional, straight to the point, and worked fast! We highly recommend him! He told us about different laws, what we qualify for/can take advantage of and we really appreciated that. We had low expectations going in after leaving Walmart and we were pleasantly surprised. The software caused 10 min of delays but not a huge issue and the price was 230, kind of steep for what i was expecting but if you do it yourself through Turbo Tax it was like 90-ish but my wife and I had an awful experience with it! We will go back to this place next year!
