I…read morehaven't used his company for insurance but, based on the interaction that I had with him a few days ago, I would definitely use his company if I needed it. It is rare to find a person who is truly kindhearted, compassionate, and willing to help a complete stranger for a few hours, but that is exactly who Ron is. Get ready to read a crazy story! I took an Uber to the post office with a large piece of artwork boxed up to mail. The post office said it was too big to mail, and told me to go to the UPS store down the street. Ron was a post office customer at the register next to mine, overhead my interaction, and offered to drive me to UPS so I wouldn't have to find another Uber who could take my large package. Ron loaded my package and we set off for UPS. We couldn't find the UPS store, but we did find a DHL store after driving around for awhile. Unfortunately, we were told that they don't mail domestic packages. Then we found a FedEx store. Ron took the package inside, they measured it and said it was too big. They told us where the UPS office was (since the address was mislabeled everywhere). He reloaded my package and drove me there. UPS measured it and said it was too big. He reloaded it and said he was driving me to the airport to mail it at the cargo counter, and he called his assistant who researched the address. Ron insisted on driving me to the airport even though he had spent a ridiculously long amount of time already driving me around, and made it seem like it wasn't a big deal. We got to the cargo location and finally found the North Cargo Gate (after going around the airport 2 times!). Unfortunately, it closed at 4pm and by now it was 6:30pm. Then he drove to the South Cargo Gate and we went to FedEx Freight. They sent us to the Fed Ex Shipping Center next door. We went into that FedEx office, and the woman measured my package slightly incorrectly so it was finally under the max inches limit, and she mailed it! Then Ron insisted on driving me home instead of to the train. 3 HOURS LATER, from start to finish, he dropped me off at home! While driving around, Ron had such a positive attitude, and sweetly said that he wasn't giving up until my package was mailed. He offered me great advice about an insurance situation I have, and told me some wonderful stories about his customers. He refused to accept any money from me for his hours of time and his extraordinary efforts, and just told me to pay it forward to others. If Ron is this generous with his time helping a total stranger, I can only imagine how much effort he puts into helping his customers. He went WAY above and beyond with saving me from being stranded with a huge package, and I can't thank him enough for his kindness.

Well, all mortgage companies rejected their gouging premium and I FOUND Rizzo Ins. Revere, MA provided industry standard flood insurance for hugely BELOW Whittier, and mortgage co. APPROVED MY LOAN. Elliott Whittier, after I ALREADY GAVE THEM $2k OVER the annual premium amount which they said they would refund if I did not get approved by mortgage co. and close with my current home, AND ELLIOTT WHITTIER STILL RETAINS THE $2k they stole and said they would refund me. I'm confident their transactions are illegal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I am a widow living on a fixed income and THEY KNEW THAT. Not sure how they sleep at night. STAY AWAY.
