Since we were there, we had him make us two (2) copies of a key for us. The price was reasonable and a great value to us. Finally, when I reached Pueblo lock doc, I asked the same question as I did the first 3 times, could you try and see if you can get the key out first? and then if its damaged, replaced it? Sure he said, I can come look at it this afternoon. So professional. That is all I wanted, was for some one to try. Next, I work from home, so I could only meet him on my break. I told them my break time, and he said he would make it work. He showed up right on time. Also, I have a large guard dog... so that took some extra coordination. I had Travis as the service guy. He went along with the flow on everything, break time.. big dog... try the broken key first. Just 100 percent professional. That is all I really wanted. Whether he actually was able to get the key out and save the cylinder was second to the cooperative attitude that he had. Really is nice to work with some one like that. After my experience with you, I found a legitimate locksmith with an actual store, instead of a van in a parking lot, and got a copy of the same key you charged $133 for, which I bought myself and brought to you, for under $10. So tell yourself whatever you need to but you seem more like a scam artist than a legitimate business. I learned a very experience lesson with you about trusting a guy in a van. He'll be there in 17 minutes and he would let me know how much it is once we were done when I asked specifically for a quote he said around 75 but couldn't be too specific. He told me it's a yes or no right now right then I said nope I'm OK. I'm not gonna be rushed into anything. Thank you though. And it also happened to be specifically right after I said no. You think you would wait a couple minutes before you start spam calling that person with a anonymous number. I've been a teenager before too, bud.
