So I was visiting my mom and unfortunately she lost her whole key set while I was here. She had copies of all her keys except her mailbox. When he arrived he was quick at opening the mail box and explained what he was doing every Step of the way. I appreciate how prompt, professional and friendly he was. wow, this company is absolutely awful. I can't blame the front desk people, but the driver himself was the worst person to deal with. I was only asking for a quote and when I asked for a quote, he said he was on the way. He'll be there in 17 minutes and he would let me know how much it is once we were done when I asked specifically for a quote he said around 75 but couldn't be too specific. When I said, I would have to think about it for about a minute or two because I was going to reach out to other companies to get quotes from them. He told me it's a yes or no right now right then I said nope I'm OK. I'm not gonna be rushed into anything. Thank you though. Right after that, I got multiple calls from a." anonymous number." multiple times with him calling me bitch in Spanish, I recognized his voice and everything. And it also happened to be specifically right after I said no. You think you would wait a couple minutes before you start spam calling that person with a anonymous number. I find it very unfortunate that you try to twist the truth to fit your narrative. However that doesn't change the facts. And it does not change my review or opinion of your service. After my experience with you, I found a legitimate locksmith with an actual store, instead of a van in a parking lot, and got a copy of the same key you charged $133 for, which I bought myself and brought to you, for under $10. So tell yourself whatever you need to but you seem more like a scam artist than a legitimate business. I learned a very experience lesson with you about trusting a guy in a van. Now this guy (Shlomo B. of BS Locksmith) is a major SUPER JERK. I think because English IS NOT his first language, when people ask for clarity he gets confused and it is hard to understand what he says or perhaps he doesn't know what people are asking and becomes confused in his communication. I have seen this person's responses to other posts regarding his business, so I think people can figure out who is the person with an AGGRESSIVE MANNER in this matter. He also feels all of his competition are online posting negative comments about his person and his business. Being a small business owner myself, I could give a flying pancake what my competition is doing, I know the quality of my own work so I don't worry about who is out there competing against me for business. First (not firstly), I never spoke to him aggressively. Why would I? I needed his help in cutting a key. That would be very stupid and obnoxious of a customer to contact a vendor and then become rude with the person on the line. I simply asked him about pricing and if he could provide me with a "ballpark" estimate of what it would cost me to have him cut me two keys for my Ford F-150. As for the appointment, he states he has a storefront but you still have to make an appointment to visit the location to take him the keys, this I did not understand. I would think you are missing out on customers by not having your storefront open for x-amount of hours on x-amount of days per week. Secondly, I do know you are the business owner as you stated you are and you made it a point to tell me that you as the owner requires an appointment with all customers. Third, you can't speak of a phone message, as I did not leave one. Our conversation was on the phone for about five minutes, as you kept insisting I was wasting time. Also, I am not in the locksmith business, but the owner seems to not have a lot of confidence in his ability to cut keys and run a locksmith business. So if you are a PROFESSIONAL, you should start acting like one and treat all customers like they matter and respect them enough to answer questions with patience, decorum, and expertise. I hope someday you realize that treating people with disrespect and telling them they are wasting your time is completely unprofessional and will cost you a lot of business. read more

Service was fast and friendly. However, the quote amount was significantly different than what I paid. I had other quotes that were less I could have went with. Make sure you confirm that you will only pay what the quote is. My quote said "$19". I paid $89 PLUS a "discounted" service fee of $25 to get back into my house. read more
