I called around locksmith's in Pueblo, the first…read more3 told me if it's broke off in the cylinder, you'll need a new one. flat 150 bucks. its like they had a fee sheet or something. Finally, when I reached Pueblo lock doc, I asked the same question as I did the first 3 times, could you try and see if you can get the key out first? and then if its damaged, replaced it? Sure he said, I can come look at it this afternoon. So professional. That is all I wanted, was for some one to try. Next, I work from home, so I could only meet him on my break. I told them my break time, and he said he would make it work. He showed up right on time. Also, I have a large guard dog... so that took some extra coordination. I had Travis as the service guy. He went along with the flow on everything, break time.. big dog... try the broken key first. Just 100 percent professional. That is all I really wanted. Whether he actually was able to get the key out and save the cylinder was second to the cooperative attitude that he had. Really is nice to work with some one like that. When you have a bad day like that.. you dont want to be slam...here's your new cylindir, that is 150 bucks. I am glad I called Pueblo Lock Doc. Travis treated me like a person, not just a job. Old review- I wanted to support a local business and learned that this local business doesn't care. I wanted to purchase a new keyless fob for my car. I started with a 1st visit almost 4 weeks ago. They said they needed to order the part. After waiting 2 weeks for them to call I stopped by. Tony said he didn't know what the status was he would check the next week. Again I hadn't heard from them so I stopped in. He said it was sent to the wrong store. Also he didn't seem to be able to find my information so I gave my contact info again. Then I received a nice phone call on Monday from the young man working there. He said my fob was in. I told him that I work until 5 so I can't make it tonight but, I will get off work early tomorrow if that's ok. I asked how long it takes and he said only 10 minutes. I took off work an hour early on Tuesday and arrived at 4:40PM. Tony said oh no he updates his machine every day at 4 so he can't do it. I mentioned that I spoke with the younger associate yesterday and he said to come in at this time. He said he could do it tomorrow so Wednesday I came in at 4:35PM and now Tony said he doesn't have enough time that I should have come in at 4. I left upset and would never recommend them to anyone. Obviously they must have enough big jobs to do that they don't need the business. I would suggest going to someone else who wants your business.

We then drove to an address in Pueblo West only to find that they weren't there either. So, we called the business and they advised that they only service Pueblo via mobile appointment. I'm writing this review as I used them and I explained my issue and he told me about how much he…read moreexpected it would be and he'd let me know time frame after next job and he did and it was extremely cold and dark and he got to work on a wall gun safe that was seriously no easy task and I personally just wanted to shoot the lock off but I didn't want to leave house and supposedly it's against the law to discharge a firearm in CO Springs! So all I'd like to say long story short is say this man is fair and honest and a man of his word and this means a lot in this day and age! I highly recommend!
