The videos were expertly crafted and Chris was fully receptive to any feedback or ideas that my family and I provided. In fact, Chris acted upon suggestions and was able to turn out new versions of assets within just a few hours. I highly recommend working with Bells & Whistles and I promise that you, your loved ones, and guests will love your final videos.

We've watched it over and over, and each time, we're transported right back to those unforgettable moments. The Bells & Whistles team was everything we could have hoped for: calm, kind, professional, and incredibly talented. They somehow managed to be everywhere without ever being intrusive, and their attention to detail and creativity shone through. They matched me with a photographer with a ton of experience and made me feel so supported and heard during the very last minute process of switching over to his company. I am obsessed with my wedding photos. I got the full package of photos about two weeks after my wedding, way faster than i had anticipated. The photographer, Eric Raco, took a lot of time out of his day to meet with me for like an hour to go over the type of shots that I want and the vibe that I wanted in my photos. Liam and his team checked in on me leading up to the wedding and are very responsive after the wedding when I asked about when I would get to see my photos. The website is easy to navigate and downloading your photos to your iCloud or Google is super easy. Thank you so much Liam for taking me on last minute. I am very happy with my decision to do so.

He did not bring camera equipment instead set up a 9 inch iPad on a tripod. I supplied three videos to be played during the ceremony, the rest of the wedding was live interactions with the officiants. From the very beginning it was a complete disaster. The videographer recommended we start five minutes late to allow people to get in the waiting room, so we did. The first 15 minutes was a video I supplied Liam. for some reason, Liam's coworker muted the video and turned on the iPad's mic, so the guest listened to 15 minutes of idle conversation as the video played. When the ceremony begin, unmuted guests could be heard having conversations as the officiant tried to speak. Repeatedly, the officiant asked guests to mute their microphones. It never happened. Each time a guest made a noise the screen would go black and show the person's name and then would return to the ceremony. Liam was the host of the zoom function and should have had control of all microphones. He did nothing to silence the talking, as a result the service was lost to chatter and background noise. Liam also controlled entry into the wedding service. He left 40 guests in waiting room, none of which ever made it inside. 100% of the feedback was bad. The following day Liam sent me a copy of his work at the wedding and it was unwatchable. When I asked for a refund for services he certainly did not provide, he immediately edited the video and blamed everyone from the officiant, zoom, me and location for the disaster. He even stated had I purchased a more expensive video package from him the quality would have been better. When I asked if he would highlight my wedding on his website he said, "No". I'm aware a zoom event is never going to be the quality of a videotaped presentation. I knew that when I hired a "professional" videographer. What I didn't expect was getting someone who knew nothing about Zoom or virtual events. Liam started the event late, muted the videos, allowed guests to speak freely throughout the service and blocked 40 people from attending the wedding. He considers what he did , "good work"... I'd hate to see his bad work! I have attached a YouTube away to my wedding video made by Liam and you can decide for yourself. https://youtu.be/AjG_bpZL4us

One person that made my life easier during this time was Paul from Orange Candy. He met us at our venue, not once but twice in advance to discuss shots. He was open to my suggestions and responded to my constant emails about shots I saw on Pinterest and wanted to emulate. Day of the wedding he was super professional, showing up to my hotel room early and relaxing me with his joking nature and calmness. He took beautiful shots of me getting ready which I will treasure forever. Since we did not see the need for a limo to go 30 blocks from the hotel to the venue, Paul drove me to my wedding! What more can you ask for in a wedding photographer?! During the wedding he let me be the boss and was hands-off and let me tell him what I wanted pictures of (lots of dancing and partying). After the wedding he delivered exactly what he promised, images of my wedding edited and burned onto DVD's in a timely fashion. If I had to do it all over again there are some things I would change (my florist and event planner) but my photographer would definitely be Paul!!!

When we started wedding planning in 2025, we decided to check out the Bay Kings Band at one of their showcases. Billy, the producer, approached us early on in the evening and started getting to know us. After watching them perform that night, we decided to look no further. Billy was our primary point of contact and was incredibly easy to work with. He was quick to respond whenever we reached out and made the planning process easy. He also made a concerted effort to get to know us and our personal music tastes in the months leading up to the wedding. During our final planning call about 2 weeks before the wedding, we went over our must play list, do not play list, and the songs we wanted played during various events (grand entrance, last song, etc.). We'll admit that we presented Billy with several challenges, in that many of our do not plays were songs they probably play all the time at weddings (mostly line dances, Bruno Mars, Single Ladies, etc). We also were not going to have any formal dances, and we had no opinions on what we wanted played during the other events that night. Billy did a great job at talking us through options as well as getting a feel for what our guests might enjoy. On the night of our wedding (4/19/26), Billy and the Bay Kings Band absolutely slayed it. We had so many guests come up to us that night raving about how great the vibes were thanks to the band's energy, set list choices, and each person's talent. The dance floor was packed full the entire night, without a single line dance played. It also helped that they played several numbers from the Shrek and Shrek 2 soundtracks, which we assured Billy previously would go over VERY well with our crowd. They also threw in a few little surprises just for us that made our night all the more special. In addition to being wildly talented, each person from the band we spoke to was incredibly kind and gracious. We absolutely loved each and every member of the band present that night and will be forever grateful for all they did to make our wedding the best night of our lives. Do it. Hire them. You will not regret it. And be sure to include a saxophonist!

My husband and I opted to do without a videographer, so pictures are all we have to remember our special (and quite expensive) day. Enter Rodrigo Varela - a man who's captured the likes of Jay-Z on film and regularly shoots events like the Latin Grammy Awards, but had no problem making my husband and I feel like celebrities with images to rival those in any upscale wedding mag. Recently, I had the pleasure of spending another day with Rodrigo, this time behind the scenes of my sister's "quince" photo shoot. Watching him work is inspiring as he shudders at the mundane and makes it a personal goal to never duplicate any shot he's previously produced - a challenge even for this experienced photographer considering the Biltmore is a common choice for brides and quinceañeras alike. I only saw a few images during the shoot, but the sneak peak he afforded me assures me he's triumphed yet again. I couldn't be happier and would recommend him to any bride or quinceanera without hesitation. The end result was absolutely beyond compare.
