I'm a first time mom and I wanted to remember this moment forever. Even though we were amidst the covid 19 craziness we thankfully were able to meet and do the shoot. Alan was super professional but at the same time made me feel so comfortable. I had the best experience. He is so talented and sweet and omg there really aren't enough words to describe him. His assistant is amazing as well, they were both making sure that every detail was perfect. He told me that the pictures would be ready two weeks and that's exactly how long he took. Once I saw the photos, I was in awe. I had no complaints, not one bad feeling about any of the images. I loved them so much. He made my dream come true. It came even better than I had pictured in my mind. His work is natural, clean, elegant, it's just perfect. He is the best. I'm looking forward to do my baby's new born pictures with him.

After over a year of trying to recoup our losses, this is our only option left - My wife and I had…read morean original wedding date on 5/16/20. We had hired a photographer (@santymartinezphotography on Instagram)in the fall of 2019 and kept making monthly payments to him. By the time it got to April, we were basically paid in full (around $3K). Then, events got postponed bc of Covid and we had to push our wedding to 11/21/20 because it was a date that worked for us and our family. He then advised he was not available on that date, gave us some other dates to select from, but it was OUR wedding and we wanted to do it on a date that worked for us, not our photographer. So we then started the process of trying to get the thousands we paid him, back. He said it was in the agreement that he keep ALL of our money despite the fact that Covid cancelled all events so he wouldn't have been able to work on our original wedding date anyway, for anyone. We have since hired an attorney, however after several unsuccessful attempts to collect monies owed to us due to unjust enrichment and civil theft, he continues to remain unresponsive to any efforts - we even offered he keep the deposit and nothing. He is an unethical photographer chasing a buck rather than doing the right thing. So I want to make sure future clients don't fall for his trap.
