Super overpriced for crummy service I paid a whopping $40 for a drive through car wash with express interior service. I don't know what they are supposed to wipe down but I had to come home and wipe down my entire interior. Before I left there were lots of spots on the window. I was trying get them with a tissue and someone finally saw me and redid the windshield. The back window has several long drip marks bc the car wasn't dried. They use consumer grade window cleaner sold on Amazon for under $3. I had to clean bugs off that the wash didn't remove. What a complete waste of money. Won't happen twice. --------------- What a canned response. If your company was interested in fixing the problem you would. Too many people complain about the same thing. I paid $20 for an exterior wash and there's still a ton or bugs and dirt on my car. On top of that-they don't offer towels, like the little brochure says they do, to do your own drying and interior clean. They just have vacuums which kinda sucks honestly. The gentleman that helped at the kiosk was great, but I feel there should be towels out with the vacuums to help dry off the car. They only have towels for the interior cleaning lanes-which is extra (as it should be) but you should put towels out for people who don't want to pay to have someone else do the interior. Over all not bad just wish there was more for $20 and that it cleaned all the bugs off. read more

I have a wash package for my F150. Although the service does a decent job n the large flat panels the wash rack laves my running boards almost completely untouched. When I brought this to the attention of an employee they apologized and said if I want the running boards clean I should was them at home. I get it, the wash rack can't clean every panel on every car. I filled out a report as per the companies requirements, gave it to the attendant at the car wash, which I was told to do and I believe he just ripped it up and threw it away because no one ever contacted me and I have dents on the front of my bumper from this incident. Came in from the mountains with a pretty dirty SUV. As evidence by the Yelp reviews, a good car wash is hard to find. Gabe, Mike and Miguel did a great job, paying close attention to detail on the interior and areas I asked them to focus on. The running boards were still dirty and they did a second run through and re-did the outside. Fantastic customer service and probably the best value you're gonna get, without paying for a $200 detail. Has become my go to spot in the boulder area for a car wash. This is a quick place to get your drive through car wash. And you can even get a rainbow soap if that is your preference. I commute a lot so my car does get lots of bugs and dirt build-up. I like their Super Interior Clean which includes a towel dry, quick interior vacuuming, dash wipe-down, inside windows cleaned, tire shine, ceramic sealant, extensive vacuuming, shampoo and scrub of mats, wipe down of interior surfaces, and even bug removal! And they do a great job. I just drop off my car and take a walk. Come back in an hour and it is waiting for you all shiny and sparkly clean. read more

Nobody in the office helping customers or "managing". Vacant desk for over 2 hours. Updated- -They sprayed half the tires extremely lazily. -Missed the dash interior where I left the receipt. Literally didn't even move it, just wiped around it. -4 Hour turnover was the final time... My only notes for this business are to have realistic quote times, and better management. There were scratches all over my car and when going to vacuum my car the vacuum was clogged up with so much paper! I'm not sure why the ratings are low on this place. It's a quality car wash with friendly and helpful staff. People not allowing the system to wash their car (braking in the wash tunnel, not driving forward when the dryer has completed) are the only issues I've ever experienced here other than a system glitch once but staff was very quick to correct it and very apologetic. I wish they had a location farther south so it would be more convenient as I no longer live in the area, but like the wash and service. read more

On April 27th it was raining, and inclement weather. my son had prom that night. not knowing if they would even be open we stopped by, and I walked in to the office to see if they could do a super interior on my sons car for prom. They assured me that they had a full team that we be able to take care of it. I feel as though this team that day went over and above to make sure his car was ready. Today I went to the Breeze Thru Car Wash in Longmont and was impressed with the service. I got the exterior drive through wash with express interior for $40. Ordering was easy and a young man came over to help in case I had any questions as I paid on the touch screen. My car was filthy! I mean really filthy after being parked under a tree during a long vacation. There was dust, bits of tree, cobwebs, dirt, etc. The drive through exterior was amazing and thorough. Then I parked to do the interior express clean and was greeted by a kind, courteous attendant as we got out to wait inside. The attendants hand dried the exterior of the car, polished up a few places, and cleaned the tire walls. Then they set to work vacuuming and wiping down the interior. I didn't pay for the premium interior so they didn't do more than vacuum the floor mats but that was fine with me and what I paid for. We watched as it was cleaned. The attendant came and got us when the car was done. I am so happy with the service. It was worth the 20 minute drive from Boulder. read more

It didn't seem like they cleaned much and my windows were also pretty dirty after they finished. Two employees were standing outside of the exit of the car wash machine hosing down the area and sweeping. They were incredibly rude and would not get out of my way to allow me to enter the interior cleaning service area. They were complete jerks about it. Breeze Thru provides a fairly good wash for a decent price. There were a few spots that I wished the tunnel got, but it's a machine so it's not going to be perfect. Overall, my Tesla got clean and there weren't any swirls or anything on the paint. read more

We just spent 40.00 at the Ken Pratt Breeze Thru The dash was not completely wiped, the inside front windshield was not clean, there were bugs still on the front of the car, the bottom of the doors were not wiped. The young men working were more interested in playing around with each other. This is what happens to your car at Breeze Thru Car Wash in Longmont, when the car detailers don't pay attention. I was minding my own business vacuuming my car, when I hard a loud bang. Turns out the detail crew got lazy and pushed their cart too far/fast (my car was 7-10 feet away). Worse, it took 3-4 minutes for any of them to even notice their cart had rolled down a slope, crashing into a customer's car. Not to mention, their prices have literally doubled. Guy said "sorry", couldn't be bothered to even ask whether car was damaged. I can't recommend avoiding this place like the plague strongly enough. read more

Just spent $54 on the super interior clean package. When the service was finished, I pulled my car into the vacuuming area for a clean check. What a bad job. Interior poorly cleaned and the area around the doors were not well cleaned. Water was still on the exterior. Went and talked to one of the women. She went to the car and stated I can see why you are unhappy. BUT I am sorry there is nothing we can do about the job. "You could reclean the car". I would absolutely recommend this car wash, if only for its exceptional cleanliness and the professionalism/friendliness of its employees. That said, an ongoing and glaring issue is the inability of people to manage the incredibly simple self service screens upon entry. I am regularly stuck behind incompetent morons who are in capable of pressing buttons on a screen and putting their credit card in a slot. If they dedicated an entrance lane to "expert" users who know how to read and press buttons, they'd be five stars. read more

This place is absolutely fucking terrible. The people who work here are the rejects from all other walks of life. Most of them wear Velcro shoes, because they could not tie their own laces if you paid them. I've included a photo which compares the time I arrived with the time I left. The worst part? There was only ONE vehicle in front of me; it took six people 45 minutes to clean a single truck - with the level of detail that would take a functioning human being five minutes. I sat for a good five minutes arguing with the manager at this location after I was told they couldn't immediately get to the car because of how many other vehicles they had to work on. It was just the one other vehicle.... I don't mind if you're actually busy; I mind that you try to lie to my face while we stand there looking at the contrary evidence together. You guys are the most compelling case for job automation I've ever seen. I hate that there is no one in this entire company that gives a single shit about how terrible their service is. You can't complain enough for these people to listen. Let's only hope this is simply a front for a drug cartel, and they don't actually have to apply themselves in any way that would garner merit. read more
