Everything was fine and they showed up the next day to see what I needed. I followed up with him on June 18 to see if they had a quote ready and he said no. I sent him a text on June 20th and no response. Fast forward to today, June 26. I left him a voicemail bright and early this morning and sent a text and no response. If they did not want the job, I just needed them to follow up with me like any normal business owner would do, but apparently they do not want to follow up.

FIrst they called me to let me know they were running a bit late which I appreciated. They prepared the area, completed the work, and explained to me what they were doing. I had used Freedom in the past after Hurricane Milton and was pleased then, and again I am very happy with the work. It was performed in a timely fashion and the men left the job site clean with furniture back in place. Would recommend using them.

He pointed to Mike, who happened to be checking out and was standing at the end of the counter. Long story short, we had a short conversation and within the next hour Mike came out to the house and gave us an extremely reasonable quote. He said he would be able to complete the job the following week. One week later, Mike and his crew showed up first thing in the morning, as promised, about 7:00. They worked continually for hours, completing the front area of the house and adding a screen door to the back patio. They were done by 11:30 and the jobs they did both look amazing. These guys are super professional, personable and obviously very experienced. To see them work was like watching a well oiled machine. My husband and I are extremely pleased with Shoreline West Coast Services and we will highly recommend them to anyone needing help with a project...can't say enough good about them!
