He came by as scheduled and assessed the problem, which turned out to be faulty suspension rods, but he also made sure there were no other issues, which I appreciated. The new rods were ordered (Maytag OEM). I did some research and found that aftermarket rods could fail quickly, which Woody confirmed. He came by again to install them.
