The arrangement was not colorful, full, and there were flowers in the arrangement that were not even in the picture which means they didn't have the correct flowers to fulfill the order. They were asked to redo the arrangement and instead of replacing the order they stated that they would not. Excuse me but in customer service you are here to serve the customer and if you can't oblige the customer than all efforts should be exhausted to ensure that the customer is satisfied. It's safe to say I am not satisfied and I would warn anyone who who orders from them to go somewhere else.

The recipient received a 8-10" basket (I purposely didn't order a basket and upgraded to the modern planter) that contained 4 plants. Avoid this place. Thankfully, Telefloral stood behind the quality discrepancy.
