We were repeatedly expected to be understanding of mistakes and delays, yet when I wanted to change the paint color near completion, I was quoted an additional $500. They later offered to comp the repaint after another issue with the pony wall, but by then I simply wanted the project finished. Most disappointing was that their group chat specifically encouraged us to voice concerns so they could make things right.
