Setting up our account was easy and the employees are always friendly and professional. If you are driving, this branch is a little difficult to get to. You need to find parking on the street because the bank does not have a private lot. Most of the "parking" in the area is marked as "Unloading Only: 15minutes Max." I noticed that a lot of people abuse this and just park anyway. If you are like me, you'll either need to drive around a bit or park a few blocks away to find a meter. I parked up at the meters near the library. To get to the branch from the street, you walk into the US Bank Building (see picture), go straight underneath the escalator, and to the back through glass doors. If you are in the Skyway, it's right on the bottom floor and probably very convenient.

Yes, it's weird but I have never had a reason to leave them. I did have to get another local bank just for when I need to do immediate types of transactions (like get a cashier's check for renting a place that afternoon). That said, banking with Think has been a breeze. Also, their phone customer service representatives are top notch. They are personable and friendly and so incredibly kind and helpful. Their genuine desire to solve my issues is palpable. I love how they just started a new phone system for busy times where you can request that they hold your place in line and call you back rather than having to wait on hold forever. It worked smoothly and I only waited 10 minutes. I can't say enough good things about their customer service. Easy to use web banking too. Just all around love banking with Think. :)

I was being helped by a teller who CLEARLY didn't know how to deposit a MONEY ORDER. I simply asked her to ask for help and she quickly REFUSED! I went and cashed them NO PROBLEM at another bank across town (with a skilled teller) and brought back cash and a check to deposit and asked to be helped by another teller who AGREED the money orders should have been accepted and since they were blank they just needed to be written out. On my way out I explained to her she should've asked for help, she REFUSED to acknowledge her mistake and proceeded to argue with me along with a ignorant banker who had no idea what was going on. He jumped to her defense having no ideal how she handled me as a customer, he made the situation worse. I wasn't sure if he was an actual banker or a body guard. I QUICKLY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. Rude & unprofessional is a understatement! ZERO customer service was shown to me today. I will also be moving my loan as well. EDIT: she did step off to ask a banker about the money order, I could tell the banker was busy because she didn't take her eyes off of her computer to even look at the money order. They provide drinks if you are meeting with any of the staff. They have a variety of safety deposit box sizes and plenty of them. They frequently have multiple lines of tellers and have numerous drive through lanes operating. My FRESHLY 18 year old sister was scammed to the point where the scammer hacked into her account and deposited several fake checks which based off the statements you can CLEARLY SEE THEY ARE FAKE. What does the bank tell her? Basically that they will NOT help because "she shouldn't have fallen for a scam" she is EIGHTEEN. Extremely unprofessional and on top of that, they froze other family member accounts, even though we have NOTHING to do with it. Very unprofessional.
