I had torn ligaments in it that required surgery for which I had replaced with donor tissue in July 2025. I was impressed with their professionalism and friendly demeanor that made the process to relearn the use of my elbow calm and comfortable. I recently completed my time in their clinic this October with their seal of approval lol. I am now on my way to the next phase of my recovery on getting used to lifting weighted things on my own with current work limitations in place (until possibly December 2025 or later depending on my doctors approval). I can pretty much bend elbow normally as of Oct. 2025 so that's a goal met, and I can pick light weight things up without any major discomfort, but like with anything, it will take time and patience to continue strengthening my elbow before moving on to heavier, more physically demanding things I was able to do before. I want to thank everyone there who helped me out. You all helped provide that extra positive energy in the healing process. I will miss working with you all. But when I originally got injured, I went to physical therapy and had a great experience with a gentleman named James Aiken who fixed me up the best he could and I was on my way. Over the years, I've relied on him when my back was getting worse again from stress or a tweak. It probably didn't help that I didn't do the stretches or workouts at home that he recommended Fast forward to today, he recently opened his own clinic and it is one of the nicest I've seen! It felt great to get adjusted and worked on again. And on the way out, they gave me a Gatorade and granola bar. Healing my back and my stomach! I don't recommend you get injured, but if you do, this is the place to go for recovery. Maybe this time, I will listen and do my at home workouts... probably not though.

I went there following knee replacement surgery for a couple months. They constantly had issues…read morewith insurance processing because all staff seemed to have different insurance certificates. They gave me different therapists almost every time I went there. During each visit there my therapist would also be attending to multiple other clients. There is no patient client dedication, which I feel would be important for recovery. Sometimes they would assign a trainee or assistant as a sole caregiver. I felt they were neglectful in their duties and stopped going there. They had been charging me a standard co-pay at each visit without properly billing my insurance. After I stopped going there several months later, I saw they eventually got it figured out how to bill insurance properly. On my insurance statement I saw that in addition to a charge for my standard visit they were billing for other miscellaneous fees which physical therapy doesn't normally charge. I am very disappointed with highline and I do not recommend them.

After my 1st appt I knew I was in good hands. Emily made you feel you were gonna do this and I was going to get better, and I did. She never pushed you it was all about what you were comfortable with and doing your homework. Here I am 6 months later there isn't anything I say no to. The gardening is getting done. I am a member at YMCA so I could exercise before or after my appointment. ,

Towards the end of my time there I had 3 different phone calls to try and reschedule a session to earlier in the day. The front desk told me it wasn't them and probably not the therapist. Eventually the therapist admitted she had them calling. Mind you I had told everyone I work a full time job and cannot come in earlier than my assigned time. Iced frustrating with being interrupted at work. Lastly I had mention 7 months ago that I was owed money since insurance was covering all of it and the clinic owed me money back. I mentioned it a couple of times to no avail. Well 7 months later I finally got the money I was owed. I had been a returning client. Sadly I will most likely not use this location again.
