Took my dog in to get her nails clipped she had never been before and she is a nervous dog. The service was quick which I was happy about but it was so quick that I didn't catch the ladies name that did the trim and she really didn't talk much about what was happening but she did well and I was happy with the results. read more

Over the past 5-6 years, we have been taking our dog here. Although, a few weeks ago I witnessed something very terrible and made my want to break down it tears, I personally saw a lady working there, keep in mind the owner, brenda was there and the lady say "NO BITING YOU A**HOLE" after I saw that situation, brenda did not say ANYTHING. After she noticed I was there she said "Oh my god, I am so sorry you had to witness that" I responded very respectfully, "Please give me my dog, I would like to cancel all other appointments." Never go there, if you don't want your dog to be abused. read more

We have been taking our dogs there for over 15 years and have never had any problems. This past week, I've totally changed my opinion of the way I look at this business. They were rude, lost info on past visits and barely did anything for what was charged. I will definitely tell family & friends to go elsewhere.....unless You want to be dissatisfied. I am only giving 1 star because I can't, in good conscience, lie and have anyone who views this, go through a Bad Experience!! I've been taking my 'kids' (2 Frenchies and an 11yr old pit/beagle mix) to Brenda's for about 3 years now and we have a recurring appointment for them every 3 weeks. I have experienced friendly and personalized customer service each and EVERY time! The staff has always been so wonderful with my pups and I trust them as if they were being left in the hands of a close family member. The prices are very reasonable to boot!
