When she handed me Sassy I looked at her paws she said did they not cut her pads and I said no they didn't. She took her in the back room I thought she was cutting them WRONG she didn't. Her nails weren't cut either. I asked her did they even give her a bath she said yes Wrong!! She looked just like she did when I took her in there except for the hair right below her eyes had been cut and not good. I think when she took her in the back room that's what she did. There was another person in there picking up his dog so I thought I would just call the owner the next day and explain what happened . I called two days in a row asking for a call back no call back. My groomer is retiring and I was just looking for a new groomer!!!! Just thought the owner should know what's going on there.

She had a good attitude. I'm a retired Air Force Veteran, I live animals , usually, I have a good report with anyone, when I made the appt, I asked to have the Dr check out my puppy. He had been plagued with alot of issues. He was 3 months old. Infested with fleas,ticks and a large amount of worms. He has had bloody stool, gastro upset,with nausea, diarrhea, shortness of breath. He didn't respond to any questions, I tried to ask as he walked away with his back to us, as if we were not significant, perhaps he wasn't interested in my puppy. Simple reassurance would have sufficed. However, he never even looked at my puppy, except to give a vaccine shot. He treated us as if we were not worth his time, he was aloof, cold, and his lack of empathy was rude. I know by his behavior he won't blink with this review, I'm quite sure he has been allowed to behave this way for a long time. Shame on him. Please don't waste your time with this provider. He must have all the patients he wants, and doesn't care about new customers, I got more interest from a online Dr with the computer screen, felt more, warmth, and compassion.

So I used their doggie day camp services on July 21, 2025, however, they also offer short-term and long-term boarding. As soon as we walked in the staff knew who we were because they recognized my vehicle that I entered into their customer portal referred to as "Gingr." Through Gingr you may customize your dog's visit. During their day camp, for example, you may include Chauffeur Service ($20), Kong with Peanut Butter ($5), Pup Cup ($1), Barkansas Provided Meals ($5 each), Cookies ($3.99), and a Pawdicure ($15). The staff members were great! My canine only spent the day there from about 9 am to 5 pm, but I would have been completely comfortable with her being boarded there too. They emailed a report card and tons of photos. I bought her a pup cup. I'm not sure what time they offered it to her or if at all, but my grand total was $32.86 which includes a base rates of $29, plus a pup cup and tax (9.50% or $2.86). Records for Bordetella, rabies, and DHLPP (distemper/lepto/parvo) shots must be uploaded into Gingr before or during your reservations. Highly recommend.
