I dropped off my six month old…read morepoodle to be neutered and the vet, Ashley Stephen's nicked his urethra during surgery , after his return home I noticed he was have trouble urinating and took him back to the office at that time he was in critical condition and the front desk was more worried about money than my baby. I paid them $800 as requested before the vet would see him. The vet who was there was filling in for the above vet she was on vacation. Very helpful and did all she could to save him. After 4 days his bladder ruptured and I had no choice but to euthanize him as he was in so much pain. An autopsy was performed the vet Ashley Stephen's had nicked his urethra causing his death. I truly believed that as stated by the owner they would do the right thing but now it's turned over to their adjuster to review and that person wants me to submit all records and bills and explain why I want my money back. You would think they( the clinic) would provide all records , the adjuster wants to verify I have a valid claim. They killed my baby. And this is the second puppy I've had die under their care. Well never again and if the burden of proof is on me fine I will do what is necessary to resolve this issue. Ashley Stephen's called me a week and a half after returning from vacation to offer me her condolences....seriously and stated she had been meaning to call but had been busy. Again with the BS of asking what they could do for me . When I told her same thing I told Dr. Brian silence. They were busy circling the wagons to try and cover up her negligence for her to call. Never again

The rude sales associate needs a job where she doesn't deal with customers.

We dropped off our 2 dogs last week with them for boarding as we were heading out of state. Our first time using boarding services with them. Last week the region was having massive amounts of rain. Their covered play areas kept them safe, happy and dry. Plus they give them play time FOUR times a day!! They were also able to keep our 2 girls together so they felt safe with each other and not lonely. We can't say enough good things about them. It's a very nice facility and worth the 40 drive to there each time for good care for our girls.

He didn't respond to any questions, I tried to ask as he walked away with his back to us, as if we were not significant, perhaps he wasn't interested in my puppy. Simple reassurance would have sufficed. However, he never even looked at my puppy, except to give a vaccine shot. He treated us as if we were not worth his time, he was aloof, cold, and his lack of empathy was rude. I know by his behavior he won't blink with this review, I'm quite sure he has been allowed to behave this way for a long time. Shame on him. Please don't waste your time with this provider. He must have all the patients he wants, and doesn't care about new customers, I got more interest from a online Dr with the computer screen, felt more, warmth, and compassion.

This places charges for photo updates on your boarded animal lol what a joke! It doesn't cost anything to provide exceptional service and send a picture once a day. We requested boarding services while out of the country. Our pet sitter had an emergency and we needed to change facilities last minute. I was on the phone with an incredible lady, sorry don't remember her name. She was kind and walked me through the process of boarding and submitting paperwork on April 26th - see a photo of email. We were boarding Layla for two weeks and since we were traveling abroad I called to arrange a payment and left a credit card on file. Every day we were calling to check on our baby. Every day there was a rude soulless man answering the phone(supposedly the owner). The first week payment was charged and I called on May 3rd to confirm that for the next boarding week all is set and they will charge my card again. The rude man assured me yes all is set and good. When my niece went to pick up Layla yesterday, he told her that the dog will not leave the facility until a payment is made!!!! Great, but you had a credit card on file from the previous week and you confirmed that all was good. He terrorized my niece for a payment instead of looking at Layla's file and calling the cell numbers on file. When I called, the rude dude said that he never spoke to me and I never gave him authorization to charge my card. He didn't know who I was... well Mr. Owner you should of looked at your files and read the communication. I asked to speak to the woman who originally helped me - he refused screaming at me with his hoarse voice I AM THE OWNER. I asked him to reverse the charge of my nieces card and charge the one on file. He refused. I asked where my receipt was for the "authorized" week and his response was I gave it to the girl. Lol I didn't authorize you giving the receipt to anyone but me and an email would of been appropriate. At this point I hung up and didn't want to deal with an individual who has zero respect toward his customers. Will not be back and don't recommend this business. If you treat your clients so poorly I can only imagine how you treat the animals. A big NO NO!

Tootsies opened up a short time ago and we spotted it on our way home. I had used another place like this in the DFW area. I was very impressed with everything here. A welcome to both of us as soon as we entered and I immediately was impressed with the layout. They have a grassy area to relieve your pet prior to entering and then they kept the bar from the previous business at this location. They have a gated off area where they have doggy daycare and I was impressed that it will be physically staffed the entire day if you drop your pet off. They carry many accessories and foods and treats. The bathing area is equipped with four tubs, aprons, dryers, soaps, towels and everything you need to give your dog a bath. One employee even helped out with mine. Now, you wonder about pricing? They are right in line with other places like this. It is nice to see a new business starting off on the right foot! Great job and we will be regular customers.
