I would have never done this work had I known this would be the outcome. 1) not covering and ruining my rug when I asked at least 5 times for it to be covered. Water was coming into my house when the glass was out and I said over and over again "please keep the rug covered" only to come back and it be uncovered again 2) my son stepped on glass this past wkend. I am still finding trash and glass from the job. They also asked to use my personal vacuum and did not use a shop vac or cover their feet etc. put cups without coasters on my antique table which left a mark, laid their work jackets on my new couch etc. 3) listed to a podcast on full blast speaker phone while working. Told it would be a one day project, lasted multiple days until 730 at night in my home 4) ultimately it comes down to incredibly poor work. I am having to pay someone to fix the work and they couldn't believe how sloppy it is... see photos. 5) clogged my toilet and asked me for a plunger and to plunge it.. couldn't believe this one.. 6) told after the job "we aren't carpenters or painters" this is something that should be told before / the project should have never been taken on if you are going to do such sloppy work I also know the only good "review" posted here is from an employee at the company.

Ummm NO! This place tried to overcharge me for a job that I KNEW was not worth the quoted price. I may not know how to diagnose a car, but I've been around enough broke cars in my life to know how much parts and labor cost. They wanted nearly 800 to fix a fuel pump on an 8 years old car. Please! I needed a good laugh! I ended up having it towed away from those sharks, who by the way charged a loyal customer for looking at it. When I brought in a coupon they sent to me (with no exclusions on it), they told me they could only use one coupon-AAA or their coupon. If I wanted to, I could have fussed about that, but it wasn't worth it. And it's not worth your time to be taken in by these people who are evidently trying to pay for the renovations on their shop, which by the way is really nice inside, but not with my money!

They tracked so much mud into the car and then after 'cleaning' it they told me it was as clean as it would ever get... Yet the whole rested the car, rocker panels, are spotless, like new. Won't be back. And the girl in the lobby is nice, but she yells everything... Shhh! We can hear you!
