One of our doors was incredibly scratched and we had no idea until the new, darker tint was applied. I was certain that these were not scratches in the glass and that there had to be some issue with the installation because nothing ever touched our door that high. Brian came out to show how there were indeed about 100 scratches. He came once to show my assistant manager and then again to show me. Really appreciate his time, understanding, and patience with me!
