These bulges in the car windshield tint are most noticeable when seen against a background.

I won't be getting any money back from Kool Shades, so I will have to pay another company extra to remove the old work to redo new work. I bought a new car and the dealership hired Kool Shades to do tint. A couple of days later when I went to pick it up, upon closer inspection, right in the middle of the windshield were lines of bulging film. It cannot be pushed out with a squeegee. On some areas and along the border edges are what look like dust particles that were sealed in. I understand that there will be contaminants, but where/how noticeable matters. At eye level sitting in the driver's seat, sealed in looks like a piece of white/gray hair or brush fiber, made more noticeable by the air sealed in around it that cannot be squeegeed out. The edges of the film are jagged, so you can tell it was hand cut with scissors or a blade cutter. Because of that, a part of the film was cut too small so that there is a void next to the base of the rearview mirror. I am not sure why a new sheet of film wasn't recut or a more generous border wasn't measured out. I am from out of town and it would be highly inconvenient to drive to Brenham for an hour, wait maybe 1-2 hours for the work to be redone, and then drive back home. That's roughly 3-4 hours, so unfortunately that's not a practical/viable option.
