I contacted yard pro to have someone come out and give me an estimate on some landscaping work. The owner came out and I explained to him what I wanted. He said he would send me an estimate by email. That was 2 weeks ago. Today Thursday Sept 12 , 2024 I called and spoke with the person who came out to give me an estimate. He said he was at a football game with one of his coworkers. I said to him if you don't want to do the work just tell me. He said. I'll give you an estimate. I said. If I accept your estimate would you do the work? He repeated I'll give you an estimate. I thought this was unprofessional for one to not receive an estimate in two weeks after he said he would email one. Then he wouldn't commit to the work. I do not recommend getting this company to do any work. They don't want to work, at least not for me. But that's another story. I will never contact this company again. Jerry and his crew did a simply excellent job for us, we needed very large and old trees trimmed away from our roof, new lawn, garden tidy up, and more. His prices were easily the best, and the quality of work was as high as it gets. He was able to begin work quickly, and was very professional and skilled. And, he's a very nice guy too.
