Sloppy, unprofessional and not trust worthy- get ready for sticker shock! Will Harris was hired to tile a bathroom floor and tub surround. First off, he gave us a bill for TWICE as much as his original written quote, claiming it took him longer to do. That was entirely because of his tiling mistakes. He had to remove and retile a portion of the floor multiple times, in spite of which, the tiles are still popping out and the grout is cracking in several spots. An entire wall of tiles that he had just installed was moving, his fix was to put in additional screws though the grout to hold it in place??!! He did not estimate the amount of accent tile that was needed, and had to re-cut and insert them after laying down the entire floor. He did not know how to do things the right way such as using a water barrier behind the tub surround, sloping the soap niche for water to drain out, or how to change out fixtures. Finally, he gave us a ridiculously jacked up invoice (twice the original quote!!). We are very unhappy with his sloppy, unprofessional work. We were left without a running shower for over two weeks due to his mistakes. We were taken for a ride because we trusted him. Would not recommend this business. read more

Broke our frameless glass shower and left the job incomplete after payment in full - beware! We hired Will Harris (of Will's Handyman service, Plano TX 75074 ) to redo our master bath which included building a new shower stall and installing a frameless glass enclosure around. We purchased the frameless shower glass ourselves and he was responsible for installing it. He failed to follow manufacturer's instructions and broke the shower glass during installation. He has evaded his responsibility of replacing the glass and paying for its installation. As you know, frameless showers glass is very expensive! He was paid in full for the project, on the belief that he will keep his word and finish the task. He has not answered our calls, emails and has refused to accept mail from USPS. We have filed a complaint with the BBB,(case #91170919). Because of him, we did not have a running shower for over a month and there are tasks yet to be completed, for which we have already paid him. We hired him based on reviews, but have been cheated of our money, time and peace of mind. Do not hire him. We are very unhappy with his shoddy work read more

Stay away from him. He stole my money and tore my house up. I had to call the police. He knew I was a Service Member and wouldn't be there to supervise. After he broke several items in the house and I asked him to repair them, he refused and left the job site. His employees ate the tenants food and stole a light out of the garage. His workers poured paint in the yard. As I see from another poster, he likes using the Brazos County Sheriff's Department to do his bidding! Shameful. read more

i hired will to put up to metal sheds, after paying he left work undone and lied about it, as a result one of the sheds was destroyed, along with the side of my house because after numerous requests to finish and anchor - wind blew it over. refused to come over and try to fix it. he also used different helpers every day and told me they were drug addicts thats why they work for so little pay read more
