When we moved to our house in January, the hill was completely covered with brush, thorny thatches and viny messes. We were able to clear out most of it ourselves, but were left with land filled with holes, uneven land, and weeds. It was dangerous to mow, dirt ran down the hill every time we got a big rain, and we were struggling to grow grass on it. At a very reasonable price, Diamond Pond came out and did a great job levelling out the land, clearing stumps and rocks, and planting grass with protective netting to ensure the seed and dirt don't erode. Because the hill is so steep, it was extremely challenging and exhausting work, especially in this heat, but they did it with high quality and great work ethic! Diamond Pond's customer service was also the best! When additional work or supplies/equipment (ex. dirt, excavator) were needed, they took care of it as it was needed. John & Tim are good, honest and trustworthy businessmen, and we really appreciated their excellent customer service!

She kept giving me different number types and when I asked what the numbers were she signed and seemed like I had no idea what I was even asking about. I eventually bought and asked for delivery for the next morning. I DIDNT receive the rocks/ dirt until about 5PM. This business is very overpriced since they don't even bother price matching for the EXACT same rocks or dirt in Lexington or berea that are half the price!

He pretty much drove the Forman around and did the forming job with out the pay. Also since working there my fiance has been called a Ni$$er and when he asked if the crew workers could stop calling him that and using that word around him they conti used to do so. Even after my fiance spoke to his bosses Robby and Steve about it. Thus is made it a hostile work environment for my fiance who shows up to work and does his job. There has been an instance the same Forman he drove around jumped in my fiance face at a job site trying to provoke him to knocking him out. Which my fiance should not have to worry about being at work and because someone can't get their drug fix wants to cause issues. Also the company allows people who smoke meth, Crack and other drugs to work for them and do these drugs on company time while driving company vehicles and also smoking their drugs in customers properties and or leaving to go and get high while leaving my fiance to do all of the work load alone. When my fiance had a death in the family he was mocked and talked about by the owners and employees when he over heard it and said something that is when everyone wanted to say he's not a good person to work with so they put him with other workers who don't do anything but get high all day long. My fiance checks also have not been accurate since he started and each time was given an excuse until he threated a lawsuit if his pay was not looked at correctly and was told there are days he worked where he was not accounted for when I'm the person who dropped him off at work each time they claimed he was not there. If you end up working late when everyone in the office leaves you get time knocked off your check because before the person who writes your times leave they clock you out while your still on a job site. I would not recommend working for this company at all. They don't care about the work environment for employees, they allow racism with out correction prorely instead will stick you with other people thinking it fixes the issue. The pay for all the work that is intelled is barely anything. They gas you up telling you that your going to move up in the company and never see it put into action and when you bring it up they brush it off or act like they don't recall saying these things to you. Also the owners son has issues with making people feel uncomfortable by constantly staring at you or following you around.

Not only did they consider taking me on as a new customer, they were at my home the same day (full disclosure - it turned out they were in my neighborhood to clear the house across the street, which is a regular landscaping customer of theirs). The company is simply cheating. I called the company when I needed a tree cut after an ice storm…read morethis year. They agree to help. However, they never showed up. A week later, one person called (probably his name is Steve, but I might be mistaken) asking where I still needed help. I said no. The people who cut the tree were supposed to remove the cut branches. I was surprised when I received a phone call from the company a month ago asking me to pay for the services. I never saw anybody from the company. I do not know who removed the branches, the city, the people who cut the tree, or the company. I specifically said that I do not require their services. Yet, I finally received an invoice for $321.00. I have nothing good to say about Lexington Tree Service except they are fraudulent liars. I will pay the bill but advise everybody to avoid the company.

They also landscaped our entire front yard, and installed a paver driveway. They did an amazing job of landscape design, planning, project management, installation, and follow-up. Outdoor spaces gave us a schedule (which was very tight), and brought our various projects in on time.(and a couple of projects were done during Covid) Any time we had questions or issues, they would follow-up immediately. The management, and entire work team, were very conscientious, and made sure things were done according to specifications. (no corner cutting) Outdoor spaces also coordinated with the various other companies, such as fencing, plumbing, electrical, etc .. to make sure things happened on schedule. They even worked with the city, and our homeowners association to get various permits and approvals for the work that was done. It is amazing the transformation Outdoor Spaces did to our entire "outdoor space". Every project they did was in collaboration with our needs, and our budget. Nothing was cookie cutter..
