Got Your 6 Plumbing - I had a condensation line drain that was backing up into the basement. Came out and cleaned out the drain and it's draining perfectly now.

Horrible experience with this company. The previous owners of our house hired them to work on the…read moresewage line in the front of our home. After having issues with our grass, we did some digging and found a 20 ft tarp had been left under the work they had done. I called to see if someone could come take a look and was immediately met with hostility saying "they don't use tarps" and it was not their problem, when there was clearly a tarp left directly under their work, and they already finished the job they were contracted for and weren't coming to help us. I was called a liar and told they weren't going to do anything with our landscaping (even though I was not asking them to do landscape work). Jamie was yelling, saying "they didn't leave a tarp" when I was standing there, staring at a 20 ft tarp directly under their work. I am not sure if it is because I am female and they spoke with me instead of my husband but I was very taken aback with the manner in which I was spoken to and that they wouldn't even attempt to solve the problem they left. Very sad when a company has no pride in their work or relationships with customers. Will NEVER use this company and will be telling everyone to stay far away because once they "complete their contract" and they receive payment, they're out and not going to assist with anything that comes from the job they did.

John quoted a fair price, replaced the water heater within a few hours, and charged exactly what was quoted. He handled all the permitting, and had the old water heater hauled off. Highly recommended!

Early Saturday morning I discovered water flooding the laundry room of my significant other's…read moretownhouse and realized the water heater was leaking. I turned off the water supply rendering the condo with no water. Now what? Who do I call in Lexington, a town I'm not that familiar with much. She called her sister in Versailles but her recommendation of a past plumber she had used previously was closed for the weekend. So I did a search on Yelp first, skipping over a couple of plumbers with some not so good reviews and found Bluegrass advertised as being 24/7 and Shonda C.'s review listed first. She is in my friends list and I trust her reviews. I also saw photo's of the business owner and his family, plus some of his past work, indicating to me I was looking at an honest man. But to be sure, I utilized BBB for a background check and found zero complaints in the past year, an A+ rating and that they were BBB Accredited. So I gave them a call. Ron answered the phone at 7:52 am on a Saturday. This was a huge indicator to me I was going to be doing business with a good company. He told me he had one customer ahead of me but that he would be over between 11:30-12:30 and that he would call thirty minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He called me back at 10:26 am and arrived in 15 minutes. He assessed the work to be done, quoted a price, then left to pick up a new water heater and associated parts & pieces and arrived back around an hour later. I doubled checked with my sister, who owns five houses, on his quoted price and found he came in little bit less than her prediction. Ron and his son, who was helping him, installed a new water heater, and upgraded the water pipes and gas line, along with new valves on both, to meet today's codes. He completed the work in two and a half hours. We were completely 100% satisfied with the work, his timeliness, consideration of cleanliness and knowledge of his trade. Would not hesitate to call him again for any plumbing needs.

Ron came out and cleared the pipe in no time, left no mess, and charged a fair price. He was super friendly, nice guy. Glad we could hire a locally owned small business that cares.

Good company overall. Used them for years. Had one of their monthly plans where you pay a small fee…read moreto get priority services, which did come in handy a couple of times. I will, however, forewarn anyone, they will not refund you the last month of your monthly service fee even if it is just 2 days over and you no longer own the home. My card was charged on the 15th, I officially closed on the sale of my home on the 16th, called to cancel my service on the 17th, and was told by them on the 18th they would NOT be refunding my monthly service charge for that month; the coverage would run through the next month even though I no longer own the home. Adamantly refused is how I would best describe it. They did confirm I would not be charged again after this. Sure, they were very chatty and polite about it, likening the monthly service fee to a month-to-month gym membership, but under no terms would they refund it. I don't own the house anymore. I waited until after the official close to cancel my membership because had something with the furnace or water heater arisen I would have been responsible until the house changed hands, and I wanted to have use of the service I paid for in case I needed it. Thankfully, I did not. This aside they are still a good provider if you need to have your furnace serviced. I did not use them for my water heater replacement because they quoted me several hundred dollars more than what I ultimately paid to get a brand new one installed by another provider. I will certainly keep this in mind the next time I get an offer for any type of monthly membership from these types of services. Updated 07/22/2018 For whatever reason they decided to issue a refund for the service even though I had given up my attempts to request one after I was told on the phone they absolutely would not. So, it was a nice surprise. But I suspect it was only after someone higher up noticed my review and had a change of heart or realized how irrational it was for me to have a service carry over for another month on a home I don't even own. Either way, I'm satisfied. In fairness, I will increase my score with another star.
