We have experienced it all from zero communication/follow up to being ghosted. Well, I am beyond thrilled to say those troubles are gone. Dakota and his team at Diamond Cut Outdoor Solutions have been amazing. I reached out to them for a quote for mow service and heard back on the same day. Dakota was super friendly and accommodating to my availability to schedule a visit to give us an accurate quote. He texted to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. The pricing was right on par to what we had expected. While he was here, we discussed future plans for our landscaping. He wasn't pushy and trying to sell us on anything.
