Referrals were prompt to specialists and necessary. There weren't any unnecessary tests or appointments. I am and advocate for my health care and that is respected. If I'm not able to advocate, they work respectfully with my representative. Have there been changed...yes. Have they all been for the good....Is that all in the Doctor....No.! They are not gods. It's truly amazing what they must know to help everyone. I for one would not be here if its wasn't for my NP and Doctor.

I assumed this procedure would be covered by Network health insurance since they are partners. Fox Valley Nephrology assigned to procedure to a Dr. Stevens who is not a partner with Network Health. I was charged $573.80 to pay personally. I appealed this to Network and was denied twice. Fox Valley Nephrology never notified me that they would be having some other provider do the procedure. I called FVN they told me it was my responsibility to look into billing and provider and not to assume that it would be covered by Network. They are not an honest, forthcoming facility! Avoid at all costs!

Checked in on Wednesday for my appointment and they looked at me like I had 3 heads. Apparently, the doctors aren't even in the office on Wednesday. I did reschedule but may look for another option. If I do go, I'll update this review based on my next experience... If anyone is even there.
