No Padrons, No My Father Cigars, etc. The one cigar I liked from their average selection they could never seem to keep in stock. Staff is ok, but whoever is responsible for ordering cigars is a zero. Heard every excuse countless times. Prices are high, and quality is mediocre (cigars are often dried out and unravel when lit). I was a regular customer for over 5 years, but I order online now. Clearly ownership puts the pressure on staff to be friendly, etc...but ownership/management is MIA and couldn't care less about staff and customers. Sad. read more

Stay away, unless you enjoy terrible customer service. I frequented this place for over a year because of the convenient location. But after buying a carton of Merits that was so stale that just one cigarette gave me a sore throat and a head rush, I had to be polite but firm for almost 10 minutes to get a refund on the 9 unopened packs. The older gentleman fought me tooth and nail until it became clear that I was serious. I have smoked for decades, but I will never go there again, even if they were the only source of my brand left on earth. read more

Sign on door says masks required but employee was not masked. Bought a vape pen battery and found it was already opened, scotch taped closed. Two ladies browsing mentioned the prices and the employee said they should quit asking for stimulus checks and it wouldn't cost so much. read more

After reading the reviews I was reluctant to visit but I gave it a shot since it was close. The guy took lots of time to educate me and help recommend cigars as gifts for 2 occasional smokers and one more experienced smoker. Definitely a positive experience. read more

Do not expect to be helped in any way whatsoever . I walked in the man was sitting in a chair watching tv . I waited ten minutes and he did not acknowledge me . When I asked for help he did not answer me . So I left and will never be back . This business is terrible and embarrassing. read more

For years I continued to go to Brennan's despite the outlandishly high prices just because I liked the selection of products and it was local. But the customer service has always been absolutely atrocious. No one who I have ever encountered here has been happy to assist me. Pretty sure the guy that owns this place trains his store clerks to be rude a-holes to customers. Went in the other day and again was treated like shit by the employees so I promptly walked out and will never be back. The corner store down near Bradford's package store has everything you need for much much cheaper than this ripoff. Stay far away from this place. And their radio commercials suck too. read more

I bought a product from this old man a couple months ago based on the information he'd given me. After some research I discovered his information was WAY off. I went back to see if I could exchange the product for something that actually suits my needs. I let the cranky old man know he'd sold me a product based on false information and also informed him I did not live in the area and therefore had not been in earlier to get it taken care of. I was met with a terrible attitude, nasty looks, and a huge lack of the morals and values MOST small business owners have. In no way was I asking for a refund of the $100, I just wanted to exchange it, understanding it'd been long and a refund was not likely. I work in retail and am met with this issue often myself. We might not be able to refund the purchase, but we can always exchange it for something else. ESPECIALLY if the product is still in the box and never used. Needless to say I'll never be returning to this place nor will I recommend it to anyone else. If you really need a glass piece and don't mind dealing with a smelly, ignorant dinosaur with a bad attitude, by all means, pay him a visit. You'd think he'd be familiar with the products he sells and not bullshit his way to getting $100. Get with the program dude. read more

Brennan's Smoke Shop always has the most professional employees! They are VERY WELL trained to do business with you. Working there is more than "just selling" products, it's about helping customers get what they need and want without a hassle. I have found the employees to be helpful and extremely knowledgeable about products and procedures. The customer service is fast and reliable. The prices are the cheapest in town. I am most impressed how professional and up to date these stores are. read more

I wouldn't recommend this smoke shop to anyone. While I did make a purchase the customer service was very close to the worst I've ever experienced. As a browsing customer with a few questions about the vape products they had to offer, the older woman working had absolutely no knowledge about the quality or compatibility of the different devices and seemed annoyed I wasn't familiar and was asking questions. Not more than 2 minutes after I made my purchase, I realized the charger I was sold wasn't compatible and went back into to exchange it. After waiting in line to exchange it, I was asked if I minded waiting while the customers behind me could be attended to. Despite being slightly annoyed, I stepped aside and quickly learned that my experience was similar to other consumers in the shop at the same time I was there. While I was waiting, the woman also commented that she was stressed from working 10 hours a day at the store. You would think that with all that time spent in the store, she would actually be able to offer useful suggestions and have at least somewhat of an understanding of what the products were and what accessories worked with each of them. After all, the vape devices are by far the most expensive devices the store sells. read more

Im 19, so me being a teenager I understand that shop owners will look at me and first think I'm a punk do to other people my age and the actions they notoriously make. My history with working in retail though I understand its frustrating having rude customers, so like any where else I walked into this shop and talked to the shop owner politely. Unfortunately all but one time Ive been in there I was dealing with the older gentleman that works there. No matter how kind I am to this guy he's been nothing but a prick every time I walk in to this store, and that has gotten really irritating for me. Its safe to say that he lost another customer. P.S. Not sure of your name but if the older shop owner Im talking about reads this, buddy, do yourself a favor and take the "review us on yelp!" Sticker off your check out counter. If you are pushing customers away yourself than try to limit more reviews like mine on here, because so far all I see are 1 star reviews for you. read more
