Staff is ok, but whoever is responsible for ordering cigars is a zero. Heard every excuse countless times. Prices are high, and quality is mediocre (cigars are often dried out and unravel when lit). After purchasing a new glass piece, the staff no longer wraps it. They also threw it into a bag with other items I purchased, due to this my piece broke. I called the store and the manager called me back. Not only did he tell me that women need to be smarter when they purchase glass, and it's my fault. They changed their policy without notice and it's my responsibility to be aware. When I realized he wasn't going to refund or replace my item, I hung the phone up. The owner then proceeded to harass me by calling me back and telling me I need to be more respectful and started yelling at me. I told him "it's too bad feeling challenged by a women questioning his policy, but he can get bent." The worst kind of man, he shouldn't be dealing with the customers and should stick with the book work.
