Went moped/scooter shopping and was shown a NEW 2013 model. When asked about a discount (based on the fact that it had been there for 3 YEARS!) the Salesman said it was already marked down $200 and that was as low as they could go. When we asked about other models, different prices, etc. - he showed us only that model. We even offered to pay in cash, he said that didn't make any difference. Totally frustrated, we decided to shop around. SO GLAD WE DID! Went to MopedU in Iiwa City and bought a 2017 scooter, $500 less, discounts given for cash, and better rated by several assoc. 2 free t-shirts, flag, fuel additives, etc were included! The only reason why Brenny's gets any stars is because that's where I got my beautiful motorcycle from. I know that buying a used vehicle has it's quirks. The manager guaranteed that the bike was in great running condition and it would get us home. The bike broke down an hour down the road. After calling the store for advice the manager offered little help and no answers. We were stranded at the roadside for 3 hours. I attempted to talk the store several times for advice and the manager even accused me of causing the bike to break down. Used bikes need maintenance, which I understand, I just don't get why Brenny's was so rude to me. read more

Horrible paid 5k for the bike cash. They couldn't take care of electrical problems (3 days after I bought the bike.) the throttle was stuck open and laid down the bike. Brennys takes no responsibility for when it comes to their customers. They just want your money. Go somewhere else. As for now I have sever road rash to take care of. Thank you Brennys for being greedy and only wanting money. F*ck your company. I really do hope you go out of business. Not unless you want to pick up my hospital bills from YOUR defective bike. Terrible Service! Took my atv there to have the motor torn apart for insurance to look at. Since it was going to be an expensive fix and I was fighting with the insurance company I decided to pick the atv up. The shop manager told me they had only put 1 hour of work into it on the phone but when I went in the next day to pick it up he tried charging me for 3 hrs! So I took it to another shop to have it fixed and come to find out they did not return all of my parts and were unwilling to even give me a reduced price on the parts they had lost. read more

Brennys was a disappointing buying experience to say the least! They tell you everything you want to here and when you start signing papers, it all changes! I was told 6400.00 on a new quad and they would throw in the trunk kit or at least the first service. Neither of which they did at the end of the deal, plus the price went up to 6499.00. It seems as if there is literally no communication between the staff as no one seems to know whats going on! The owners don't seem to care about their customer opinion, just make all the money possible and give you a big line of crap to get the job done. I will never go back and I will be sure to let others know this is not the place to purchase anything! read more
