They are rude when I call and try to talk to them. The manager has even gotten angry with me. One of the repair people who came to my home told me that he gets angry a lot. I'm not used to being treated this way from a business that I rent from. The employees also must not communicate between each other because they bring up the same problems every time they do an inspection that hasn't been resolved. They have billed me for things they found broken on the property that were like that when I moved in. I feel like they are searching for things to charge me for. They quietly post a invoice to my payment portal for something I pay them to fix without a call or a discussion. They bang on the door very hard and tape notes to my door instead of just ringing the bell and handing it to me. Tuesday evening they came to the door and taped an inspection notice for Thursday morning. 38 hours notice to inform my work. Law is 48 hours notice. Today, at 9:55 a.m. I recieved a letter in the mail from them that I had a home inspection today from 9:00 a.m. to noon. This is not following the law. I work from home, having them come on short notice affects my job. They have been late for previous inspections so I guess that I have their lack of punctuality on my side today.

Sure they take great care of the grass and the pool, but as for taking care of the tenants I would give them a zero or negative rating if possible. I lived there for three miserable years. I have experienced in the last three years the managers very sensitive to voices and music. For example it was the middle of the summer about 2 pm and there were children playing in the pool having a great time. Within minutes the manager yells at the children to be quite as people are "sleeping". I didn't think they were a problem, but apparently quiet time is 24/7 to the managers. The managers are very rude, cheap, and selfish. Recently there was a situation that occurred in my apartment that involved a neighboring tenant. What happened in this situation really makes me feel like it is a very unsafe place to live. The way the manager handled the situation was so disgustingly unprofessional. They defended the tenant that was in the wrong and basically accused my sister and I of lying. Needless to say after changing the locks on the doors and placing a chair under the door at nights, I still felt unsafe and afraid. As a result of how the managers handled the situation and treated us, along with feeling very unsafe we decided to move. I STRONGLY recommend NOT living here. You can't have someone spend the night for more than like 2 nights I believe otherwise they threaten to evict you. To Stonecreeks credit tho, it is well lit at night, the grounds are well kept and it is in a safe area of town with only one way in and one way out, no ally ways, so its very safe with tall fences.
