History

Established in 1979.

The company was established in 1979 and incorporated in April, 1990. Early in the 1980s, president and founder. M. Joseph Harkleroad, became increasingly convinced that a construction management format would be more beneficial to clients, and was more consistent with his vision of serving them. As a natural outgrowth of the type of projects in which we are involved, we have established and are actively developing three divisions within the company: commercial, residential and remodeling. Each division has project managers knowledgeable of the particular requirements of that division.

Chad is the Director of Business Development for Brentwood Builders, is married, and has 4 wonderful kids. Chad enjoys interacting with people and helping to meet their needs. He enjoys waterskiing, warm weather, and going to his kid's ball games.
