Once we made the decision for Provia, Jennifer, office manger, kept us informed as there was about a 3-month waiting period. She too was great to work with. The windows arrived and the install team was fantastic. Doug, Wayne, Wes and Rick were all very friendly, prompt, courteous, and did a quality install job. As they found problems, they went out of their way to fix them. In one case, the board under one of the large windows was completely rotten.
