After the doctor spoke with me, the assistant informed that I have to pay U$ 145,00 for the consult. I asked why have to pay this price if they accepted my dental insurance, they informed that consult is not accepted by my dental insurance. Why they didn't call me to inform? Why only inform after, not before the appointment? Not problem to pay but unfair from TSegal Perio Implants of Weston know the cost and NOT inform the customer.

Don't go here without asking for an insurance pre-authorization before they even touch you. They will make a treatment plan with tons of stuff you don't even think you need. I walk in and I'm taken to right to the Dr or the dental hygienist. I'm so pleased with this office that I still go even though I have moved to Miami. Everyone is so kind and professional.
