Leaving a message on their system goes into a black hole that gets no response. The quality of care is not something I would consider safe, many suggestions or advice for care end in hospitalization. It would be nice if they could improve with communication. The only way you can reach a live person right away is after 5pm because that rings directly to an answering service who will NOT reach out to anyone in the office (office closes at 5pm). The best they can do is an after care nurse after a long delay. You would actually have better luck reaching Tesla over the phone than you would at this place. I was pregnant, she had been my OBGYN for years prior- maybe because I was on state insurance she treated me less than? I'm honestly not sure. I went in for a 9 week appointment- it was my first visit while pregnant. I waited for hours, I finally got into a room and saw her for a total of 7 minutes. She saw there was no fetus in the womb... it was blank in the ultrasound. I advised of certain symptoms I was experiencing that I had been told were common with those experiencing Ectopic Pregnancy. She didn't do further scanning and instead referred me for bloodwork to test HCG levels. I reiterated my concern for ectopic. And she brushed me off, she literally "shushed" me. I went immediately for the bloodwork. After a week and a half of not hearing from her regarding results and calling with no response. I was rushed to the emergency room due to severe internal bleeding and emergency surgery due to ectopic pregnancy. I was on the verge of actual death. After multiple blood transfusions and the removal of one of my tubes, I survived. Because of her negligence and lack of care or due diligence I lost part of myself. I have not been able to become successfully pregnant since this experience. I also paid to get my medical records and I specifically asked for the records of the pregnancy and the ultrasound from my appointment when I came in and THEY REFUSED TO INCLUDE THEM. THEY SAID ID NEED A LAWYER TO GET THEM BECAUSE "THEY HAD NO RECORD" ID EVER BEEN IN FOR A PREGNANCY Disgusting. I don't recommend her to anyone. She should lose her practice and her license. Part of me wishes I died so lawyers would take my case and serve her with justice.

He shares his knowledge openly and makes me feel important, heard, and genuinely listened to. He never rushes our appointments. He always walks in with a smile and such a positive, happy energy. What means so much to me is that he truly knows my daughters. He remembers their personalities, how they act, and what is normal for them. When I bring them in sick, he can immediately recognize when something is not right. That level of attention and care is rare. I also deeply appreciate that he gives students the opportunity to learn. It shows what kind of doctor he is -- kind, generous, and committed to the future of medicine. I also want to recognize the amazing front staff -- Priscilla, Jackie, and Sandra. They have treated me and my children with nothing but grace and kindness. I have known them for going on nine years now, and they have always had big hearts and a willingness to help. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and always let me know when an appointment is needed. If we need to be seen, they book us as soon as possible. And if we don't need to come in, they help ease my nerves and guide me on how to proceed with care at home. This office has been nothing but amazing. My heart is truly full knowing that my children have a medical provider and staff who care for them as much as I do. I am so grateful for all of them.
