Primary doctor our care quality has been very great with Doctor Stanley shorts. He puts everything up-to-date regarding our health issues. He's a very good listener and explains to you thoroughly through all your medical records and all your results. That's why I gave him a five star no medical staff it's very hard to get through whatever you need Life prescriptions doesn't the main issues where I have issues with the office, but Dr. Schwartz is an excellent doctor. read more

Not sure why my 1st review got deleted, but the service has gotten worse since then, and it's now down to 1 star. There are horrible, unprofessional, and rude medical assistants in the front office. The referral department acts like they don't know how to do their job (always doing something wrong). Both departments do not listen. The front office girls sit there gossiping/laughing while you wait to speak to them. I've currently been sitting here for 58 minutes (WITH AN APPOINTMENT). Never really care what's wrong with you,they just want their check and send you elsewhere when you're poor. My husband waited 3 yr for an ultrasound to see if he had chones disease,he never got it but did die of chrones disease..Stanley only operates out of Beaumont,he doesn't even go to Frederick St in Moreno valley or California St in Riverside due to unhappy patients..Dr Derek or DR Daryl don't care,at least Stanley had a continence when talking with my husband. Dr. Loera is a good doctor, but he is so slow you would think he's retarded. Working on his iPad and not even paying attention. After waiting for 2 plus hours in the exam room and loudly threatening to walk out, here he comes out of nowhere. Didn't even put his stethoscope to my chest or even examine me at all. Warning signs everywhere threatening you're meds if you walk out. My advise is dont even get involved with Dr. Stanley Schwartz and his medical associates. You will suffer. 1.4 stars. read more

This is the worst doctors office I've ever been with insurance fraud comes to mind. I had knee replacement surgery done on August 20th I'm trying to get home health for physical therapy and nurse visits. In the past I've been so upset I decided to go back to Kaiser. I go to the Banning location. The office people tell me I'm no longer a client effective September 1st and should seek services from Kaiser. That's fraud. I'm a Medicare/medical patient. I had knee replacement surgery 1-2 days including weekends. My healing does not stop because it's the weekend. Referral's 50-60 miles away. Not done properly. Have to ask for refills numerous times. I had a sleep study done in April took 4 months to get a new machine ordered. I have verified emails showing it was sent 2 weeks after the test. Go to office and wait 2-3 hours because the doctor's on lunch. Definitely stay away if you have any health issues. read more

My twins were born into this pandemic. And the times we've had to go are there pediatrician, we've been taken care of at this office. The front desk girls have been so helpful and the nurse practitioner, as well. I'm a type A personality and a helicopter mom and M.D. David Dong is so helpful. Whether it's a fever from teething or a common cold, he takes the time to call me and put me at ease! He is wonderful and very caring. I couldn't find a nebulizer anywhere and him and Maria, went above and beyond to accommodate my twins and I! They hold a special place in our hearts! Thaaaank you! read more

I waited an hour past my appointment time for my physical exam. When I was finally called in I was seen by the nurse practitioner who said this was just an "introductory" appointment and I would have to come in again for the physical. She did absolutely nothing except recommend my yearly mammogram which I told her I was scheduled to receive in 4 days. I've been a patient here for 10 years. The level of care has SEVERELY declined post covid. Same providers but level of care and concern for the actual patient is non existent. This will be my last appt here. Please find somewhere else to go read more

No matter if you have an appointment or not you will still have to wait. The best time to come here is early morning because everyone is too lazy to get up to come here. But over all I enjoy this practice because they are always on top of everything. I had a few bumps in the road but managed to straighten them out. I recommend for the ladies Doctor Debra Rogers and for the males Doctor Derrick Hulls. If you don't like either of them then ask for Doctor Stanley Swartz, but the only down side is that he is a busy doctor as well as he is only in office twice a week because he works out of both of his offices. read more

This Dr. refused to give my son his insulin. My son called multiple times for a whole week because he was running out of his long acting insulin. The doctor didn't read his messages until yesterday when my son was totally out of his medication. When we got ahold of his snotty receptionist, she told us the doctor denied him until he got blood work done. She said he needed to be seen every 3 months (he was seen in the riverside location in February). We ran down to get the blood work done and went to the office and the receptionist said "not until he gets the results" which was going to take 3 to 5 days. I told her he needed his shot in 15 minutes and she straight looked at me and said there was nothing they could do until the doctor read the message. We had to run to urgent care and he finally got the meds from them 5 hours later. This office is a sham. Shame on them. He needs the meds to survive and this waiting for a doctor to read an email is crazy especially when he takes a week to check them. We would have had the results if he would have taken the time to read the email. If you have diabetic kids or whatever, run from this place. There's a reason they have a no verbal abuse to the staff sign... they're that uncaring that they probably get cussed out often. I've already reached out to file a grievance with the medical board. Putting my son's life in jeopardy is not good practice. If I could go with negative stars, I would. read more

This used to be a great place for care, but something changed (new manager, new staff?) and it is now a very poor doctors office. My family has been seeing Dr. Schwartz for over 20 years but June last year I had to leave. I was denied care by this office for symptoms presented for over 3 years, so when they worsened, I finally sought out a different doctor. I had only stayed so long because of my comfort and familiarity, but honestly it had become such a shady practice in the past 5 or so years I was only holding on to a memory. The last straw experience: Before I left I requested my records, and paid for them. I was told they would be ready in 10 days. 23 days later and I still had not received them so I went down there and requested again. Initially I was denied my medical records as they had not been copied at all yet, but I said I would be happy to wait as long as it took and I needed them that day. They complained they were closing early to have a party and couldn't help me, but I held firm. While I waited, I witnessed the office manager throwing pages from my file away as she copied it. When I asked for copies of everything, including the pages she threw away she gave me attitude and said no. I reminded her of my legal right to all of my medical information and when I insisted on receiving them, I was asked to leave. I haven't been back since. My new doctor diagnosed me in a month and I've received excellent treatment since. Leaving this mess was the best thing I ever did for my health and wellness. I recently learned that this office is allegedly under investigation by the DEA for narcotic prescription abuse and fraud. This is only a rumor but taken with the other reviews here it makes sense why that might be so. read more

The doctors here are great but unfortunately their receptionists are very unprofessional. I literally just called to simply make an appointment for my son for the pediatrics side and I get put on hold for over a half an hour and then they end up hanging up on me. It's so frustrating. I get told that there is one person ahead of me and if it's only to make an appointment I don't understand why it takes more than half an hour and why I keep getting hung up on. SMH it's ridiculous. This is the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been in. First off the girls at the front desk treat you as if you're bothering them. Oh and let's mention the pain medications and how all wthe girls at the front desk treat you like you're a drug addicted seeking drugs. It seems like every time I've been there someone is arguing with one of their front desk people about a prescription for pain meds or other meds and the girls just do not care. They walk all over the doctor. I worked in a medical office for almost 30 years and whenever I saw the doctors that I worked with I would always treat them with respect and dignity and professionalism. They do not do that. Wow, where to start with this doctor's office. Let me start at the beginning and take things from there... If you're not a big reader, the gist is stay away. So I am a 30 year old professional who has lived with severe ADHD for my entire life. I was prescribed Adderol as a child and began to take the medicine again as an adult to help me stay on task. I first sought to start my prescription again and called in to make an appointment. The woman at the front desk told me to make an appointment and come by to get the prescription renewed. When I arrived, I waited an hour after my appointment time, paid a copay to be told by the person who came into the room that they made a mistake and couldn't help me because I was a new patient. I was rather irritated by nothing I could do so I left and tried to find another doctor since the next available appointment was about a month out. Fast froward 5 months later. I have been going to another doctor that is closer to my office, but often does not work within my schedule to be seen by them. I called to make another appointment with Dr. Schwartz and was set up for today (about 10 minutes ago). I got to the doctors office and waited for an hour again after my appointment just to be seen. Here is the best part. Scwartz comes into the room, no hello, no greeting, no anything. He just says, "so you're here for Adderal". I said yes and explained why I was attempting to get a doctor closer to my home and his reply? "I don't prescribe Adderal to adults because it is just speed and there is no need for it." Ok... so no greeting, and out the gate tells me that Im basically just a speed addict. I ask why his staff couldn't let me know that policy, instead of scheduling me for the second time for an appointment that wouldn't be possible. His response? "I don't know, I don't do it" Thats it. No, heres who I can refer you to, or heres other options, nothing. Just a rude response. So now I am out my copay because the staff is incompetent, and out of medicine because I went here instead of making an appointment elsewhere. Just so you know Dr. Scwartz (and I hope you get to read this), your theory that Adderal has no place in adults is not based in medical fact and makes me even more glad that I am not utilizing you for care. I would recommend that everyone reading this does so as well, unless you like being condescended down to after waiting over an hour for an unnecessary appointment because the provider and his staff don't know what they are talking about. read more

I've personally never seen Dr. Swartz. I was recommended to him by family members. However, for approximately two weeks straight, my Aunt as well as myself would call to schedule an appointment for me to be seen. The receptionist, or medical assistant at the front desk was rude, unprofessional, and everytime would leave me on hold upwards of 30 minutes. I personally went into the office to schedule an appointment. There was a young lady that was being trained. Didn't know what to do. The lady I believe was responsible for keeping me on hold made me wait while she got on the phone. Then got off the phone was rude and hostile. Told me to fill out paperwork and come back. I explained the long wait times on the phone. She lied and said they don't do that. I showed her the call log. She said, "well fill out the paperwork and come back." I made a complaint. Was told this was unheard of. Now I know that many other patients have experienced mistreatment at their hands. I do not recommend this doctor. My appointment was to have my high blood pressure medication refilled. I was two days away from running out. Had to find another doctor in Perris. This place . Since first receiving care from this place it's been nothing but sub par. From wait times of 3hours when no one is in the lobby and no one has come out . Medication refills are a joke . After a year of receiving pain medication of a certain amount, that amount us cut to less than half . I called the office , received an apology from the nurse and doctor and a correction is on the way .2 weeks later still no answer . The Pharmacy has faxed over request and still no answer . I call this morning to get the same run around and frustration starts with lack of professionalism. From the call answer . The receptionist was rude. Wait time to be seen after check-in (on time) was over an hour! They should at least disclose that when you make the appt. so that you are able to appropriately plan your schedule. Let's just say Dr Schwartz office is hit and miss! Overall i was unimpressed by my first visit taking my 8 year old, thank goodness for Ms Nataly in the front, she saw we were waiting way too long and instantly was very apologetic and tended to us right away, unlike other receptionists who looked bothered when i questioned the wait time. The nurses are less than emphatic to patients but not Nataly, she has always made our visits warm with her bright personality and caring spirit. She recommended a NP for myself and she was spot on! NP Derrick and NP Debrah were amazing. If any of the three were to leave so would we! They really save this office! Way to go bringing Nataly on board she really makes a difference!! read more

His office is busy and you might have to wait, but that's only because he's not the kind of doctor who'll check you out for 5 minuets and leave. He thoroughly diagnoses your needs. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this office, because I waited so long to see a doctor even I have appointment with one of doctor name Derrick Hulls, I believe so, I don't like his attitude toward me. I have a history of seizure and serious allergic to medicine. He wants change medicine that I was on for a long time because he thinks that medicine cause weight loss, I has been taking that medicine for many years and nothing serious happened to me until I start taking anti-depressant that changed. I tried explain to him about my allergic to medicine and history of changing medicine with seizure. He say if you feel sick then give us a call. I never heard that word toward me before from another doctor. I feel that he don't care about my health he wants me to be his guinea pig. I am working on transfer to different doctor. read more

Worst doctors office ever the wait is usually 1-2 hours or more....I usually take my child to an urgent care( wait time is usually 15-30 mins) when she is really sick. The only time I bring her here is when its something minor or a physical. Can you imagine a sick child having to wait over an hour to been seen by the doctor that's not right. I agree with all of these reviews. We have been patients of Dr.Schwartz, not all of his other "Doctors" for over 20 years. In the beginning things were great, friendly staff but in the past 5 years this office has become nothing but crap! They are hateful and rude receptionists who act like you bother them when you need to ask a question. Excessive wait times on phone. The people in this office don't give a damn about you but care about the Starbucks drinks they bring in which I've seen on more than one occasion. Wait times can be up to 4 to 5 hours. At least 3 times we did not get out of the office until 7:00P.M. with a 4:00P.M. appt. It doesn't matter when you make an appt. be prepared, bring water, snacks, a book and pillow because you will be there FOREVER! And don't believe you can walk in and just see a Dr they will not let you nor will they let you speak to a Dr or Nurse over the phone. Meanwhile, when I call I'm on hold for 17 minutes interjected 3x by "my I have your name and d.o.b" followed by a defensive BITCH yelling at me because I asked why she's asking me the same info that I gave 3x prior. She then LIED and said that she hadn't received the paperwork that was faxed over for the 2nd time 23 minutes before from my Phys Ther. I arrived to the "clinic" after I stopped and received a copy of said ppwrk from my PT. They told me as I stood there in front of them that they did not receive it for the 3rd x even though I know my PT faxed it over again. So I handed my copy over in person. After filling out insurance, history... paperwork, paying my deductible, having my vital taken and waited 1.5 hours they tell me the doctor is not going to show and I should drive to their other office 20 minutes away where I could be seen right away... 3.5 hours later the doctor comes into my waiting room and when I was a bit upset for waiting so long he refused to help me at all. Worse experience ever, especially when it escalated into a shouting match and the doctor started coming at me like he was going to hit me.
