Quality of work, their customer service is horrific, and the warranty is non existent. Hired this company in 2021 for a total roof tear off. It took over 11 months for Derek to finally send my paid in full certificate to offset insurance. Then first winter had major ice damming. Sent him an email with photos and got a rude response such as there is nothing wrong with your roof. Following summer my electric main pole cracked. Electrician said it was due to improper level from roofer. Now it is 2024 and I had a roof inspection and found that all boards were not replaced and venting was not installed properly. Boards now rotted and have to have roof replaced fully. read more

Had to call them for a copy of my bill as I needed it to offset for capital gains tax for selling my home. I had spilled coffee on my original bill so threw out. Well, I was told they would write up anything I wanted if I removed my review. I asked so I'm being blackmailed. They didn't see it that way. I did tell them I would remove the review if they paid me the $1,000 that it cost me to fix their mess. So, no money and no copy of my bill. Stay away, far, far away from this company. read more

Showed samples and scope of work was accepted with quote emailed by Derek. He said they were starting on May 10th and never showed or called. I had to contact Derek the owner and he said that they were going to come out June 2nd and again never called or showed. Tried calling and texting and he ignored my calls. I know this because I had two friends call him and he returned their calls the same day. Most unprofessional person I have dealt with. Be careful hiring this company. Because of unprofessionalism I am now having a hard time finding another company because they are booked. Now the damage to my house is getting worse. Please be extremely careful if you hire this company. They made a mess of my remodel job, costing me thousands of dollars to have the work re-done. They have no business doing interior work. Took 5 weeks to do a drywall job in 2 rooms, and it has to be redone, huge hump in the middle of a wall, (they told me to paint it, it would be fine), crooked corners, crooked ceiling to wall joints. The floor they had begun had to be ripped out and and reinstalled. Doors hung incorrectly, ceiling fan light has to be reinstalled. They broke 2 window mechanisms, tore out old plaster and lath without covering furnace floor registers, plugging my heat exchanger with plaster dust, leaving me without heat 5 days first week of March until replacement could arrive. Everywhere I look there is a mess they have left. I paid them thousands of dollars just to get them out of my house. They may be fine for siding and roofing, but they have not got the experience and skills to work inside a house and do a decent job. read more

Was quoted a price and lead time of 2-3 weeks to install in May, and even though Bresky was more expensive, I went with them based on the lead time as I was already behind schedule. I sent the contract back May 24th, after multiple excuses, the job was started July 12th, 6 weeks later. The roof was finally completed August 6th. New decking was required for the majority of the roof, and when I asked for estimate I was told $1500, but the final bill was for $2730. Pretty bad estimate. Just the other day I got a photo from my HVAC installer of a 4" x 3" section where no decking was placed, just underlayment and shingles. The overall shingle work looked good, but the house has a flat peak at the top and low slope garage. Bresky quoted rubber roofing for these areas, and to be honest it looks terrible. There are wrinkles were it doesn't lay flat, almost looks like a crinkled garbage bag on the roof. It may be acceptable for commercial building roofs that aren't visible, but would never recommend rubber on residential if it can be seen.
