Everything started off great then he disappeared. Insurance kept calling me and he left me in limbo. After numerous calls, emails and texts, I was told by a woman in his office to find a new plumber, he's too busy. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to keep someone waiting for a month and never return their phone calls. At least have the decency to let them know what is going on. Also, man up and make the call yourself, don't have someone else do it for you that has no clue what's going on. Even the insurance company said they are lying to you! Very rude!!!

I asked him to give us a quote and estimate to do the entire job, he said around three to four thousand dollars because he want to change it all to copper piping, and we had a couple of options, turn it in to the insurance company, pay him cash etc... I asked him to give me a quote in writing on August 30th he said he would, I asked again a week later if he was going to have a quote for me he said he would be working on it, still nothing, I asked again on September 11th if he was still planning on quoting this job for me, he came back with I have signed another remodel and 2 new heating systems. I will not be able to make the deadline for the repairs so I will have to bow out. Very disappointed in him. If he knew he couldn't make it, I wish he would have told me at the time I asked him to quote it, instead he made me wait two weeks and then told me.
