The owners had already had it cleaned from a different carpet cleaner but the stain did not come out so we just threw a rug over the stain. When the leased ended we had to get the carpets cleaned, we contacted Amy's Carpet Care and they were able to get the stain out of the carpet that had been there for over a year! We have used them since for a couple of rentals and for our own house and we have never been disappointed.
