They then said they'd send another installer to look at the floor. We set up a time for him to come and he did not show up or call to say he wasn't. When I reached out to the son to try and find out what was going on and if the guy was still coming that night I was told NOT to call him after hours. Didn't seem to care his person left me hanging. It then progressed into being called repeatedly to the point of harassment from the owner. This was so ridiculous I then said I do NOT want to do business with this kind of people and customer service. It was actually scary for me.

Next on list, Not in a location you'd think of as a busy retail location, but it was(again) local and why not try. As we pulled in, my wife was skeptical of what kind of selection they'd have as it 'looked' like a carpet (only) store, so probably no area rugs anyway. We meet Karen as we walk in, friendly, smiles, welcoming, really pretty cool lady. Not seeing any hanging area rugs, i reluctantly asked about area rugs and she/Karen threw us an answer I didn't expect..."we don't carry area rugs (per say) but we have a good selection of remnants you could choose and we would cut and finish for a custom area rug." Of course I thought this would be exspensive, right? SURPRISE, it was a little LESS than the box store!...AND for a very small bit more, we finished our scrap left (10' x 25") for a matching runner!?! We picked them up today and they are so awesome/beautiful! And, yes, we went back and ordered another for our basement rec room...UNBELIEVABLE!! He was very professional and respectful of my home. If anyone is worried that their pricing will not be competitive with the big box stores...this is definitely NOT the case. As we were leaving we realized that they closed at 5pm. He stayed late without rushing us or bringing it to our attention that it was closing time. We had our carpet installed within a few short days. Our installer was Ryan and he was very respectful & helpful. Couldn't believe how efficient he was! He had in done in a couple hours. Great value, products and service!! The only thing that could have made experience better would be if they would clean up afterwards. We recently had the upstairs carpeted by someone else and it was immaculate when they left. That little extra service step made a big difference in my opinion.
