Avoid at All Costs: Botched $15,000 Rhinoplasty & Non-Existent Patient Care. $15k Wasted: Crooked Results and Total Post-Op Neglect by Dr. Stompro I am writing this review to warn others so they do not make the same $15,000 mistake I did. I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Brett Stompro in December 2024, and it has been the most disappointing and frustrating experience of my life. The Results: Almost a year and a half later (March 2026), the results are objectively bad. My nose is now crooked ("cross"), and the tip remains bulky and disproportionate. Despite the high cost, the surgery made my nose look smaller in a way that doesn't fit my face, while simultaneously leaving it looking unfinished and "thick." The Patient Care (The "Bait and Switch"): During the consultation and payment phase, the facility was full of promises. They assured me I would be well taken care of and that Dr. Stompro would personally see me at the 3-month and 6-month marks to monitor my progress. This was a complete lie. Once they had my money and the surgery was over, I was treated like an inconvenience. The facility staff was extremely unprofessional. Every time I called to schedule my promised follow-ups, I was told the doctor was unavailable. I had to fight just to get a video call, and Dr. Stompro did not actually see me in person to evaluate his work until March 2026--nearly 15 months after my surgery. The Dismissive Attitude: When I finally expressed my extreme frustration and got an in-person meeting, the experience was insulting. I tried to explain why I was unhappy with the crookedness and the bulky tip, and instead of offering a solution or showing empathy, Dr. Stompro was incredibly dismissive. He told me that "this was the best he could get" and even stated that he "liked his work." It is devastating to trust a surgeon with your face and your finances, only to have them ghost you for over a year and then tell you that a crooked, bulky result is "the best" they can do. Final Verdict: Do not be fooled by the initial promises of Plastic Surgery & MediSpa of Dr. Stompro & Dr. Cheng. They will take your money, provide subpar results, and then abandon you when you need post-operative care. If anyone is considering Dr. Stompro and not 20+ lbs over weight this is not your surgeon. His beside manner is over the top friendly ,but his body contouring work is mediocre. Dr. Stompro is the reason why I went to Beverly Hills and I love my results from another surgeon. I am on the thinner side and was told by Dr. Stompro he could not achieve my goal with my anatomy , but the surgeon I saw in Beverly Hills did ! I do not recommend this surgeon. read more

I don't like to write reviews at all and never ever write something bad . However, every time when I look in the mirror at myself after the blepharoplasty one's and second eye lid surgeries I am ready to cry. I am so sad and upset to see my face . I just want to say DON"T trust your face to dr STOMPO . I was doing research for so many years for the good plastic surgeon and finally I saw the best plastic surgery clinic for a few years . When I saw Dr. Stompo for the first time it was so nice and said " you will love the result " !!!! What better could I hear by being upset with my aged looks? After the first blepharoplasty and recovery time I realized that my eyes look different ( size ) and the laser procedure looks so red and not the same size also. ( redness still does not go away after more than one year after and even concealer can't covered my red circles )) My eye lids were so saggy however under my eyes (I can admit -looks better.) During the first post-surgery visit Dr Stompo said" we have to wait longer for the better result and the eyes could not look symmetric at all "What is symmetrical in our look ?"he asked, showing a big bump on his face . I was waiting for the changes ...however everything looked the same . During the second consultation the doctor mantioned that he can fix ( what I don't like ) with endoscopic eyes brow lift and other eye lid surgery. I agreed. At the same time I was looking at a lot of videos and preparing myself for the second surgery . I was so impressed with the results on youtube and all the pics. I saw.The same patients as me and my age ( I am 65 years old) looked happy and much better . I was looking forward to seeing the better result without even being upset. The day of the surgery my doctor was late for more than 2hours which is not ok. All his team apologized so many times however it was not their fault . The surgery team was very nice and caring . My second "journey " was very painful because I could not pay for the second full anesthesia. The whole procedure lasted only 25 min..... Really ????? And what did I see after ???? Nothing, I've been waiting a year for a better result .... I still have saggy eye lids, the endoscopic brow lift absolutely looks like never ever touched by a surgeon before...... ( I went a second time through a lot of pain , frustrations and two surgery costs . Besides my two scars looks like a the butcher cuts -not a plastic surgeon ) A year after two surgeries I called the clinic and asked for consultation with another doctor. The coordinator ( I think her name is Morgan ) was so nice . Actually, she is a very professional and knowledgeable person . But she is working with Dr Stompo and she can't admit he had a very poor job done. She said every doctor in their clinic has the same technique to perform blepharoplasty surgery ...Probably the same, however everyone has a different approach to their job by using accuracy and knowledge. The faces are different ,also ages and expectations. Therefore we trust plastic surgeons and looking for THE BEST Since I did not hear from them after my two requests ( no one called me back for more than a month) I am going to see a surgeon in SF . I hope he can help me . If you can hide imperfections after plastic surgeries with tummies , breasts and others you can't hide your face . Be careful who you trust ladies !!!!!! read more

What can I say ... met w/Dr. Stompro. Seems friendly enough. One thing I noticed is he's not a very good listener. When I told him what I wanted for a retouch for a previous facelift from years before, he told me what he wanted to do. When I had questions on what he wanted to do, if I really needed that procedure, he seemed upset. To counter, instead of answering my questions, he started bragging about himself and told me he's so good other cosmetic surgeon's go to him for cosmetic surgery. He gave me a few more testimonials about himself. Exasperated, I tried to steer him towards answering my questions. He noticed I wasn't impressed w/his bragging (I didn't hide it so good) so he stood up and ended the consultation. The entire consultation was a waste of time & left me disappointed. read more

Updated post .. I posted January of 2019, my amazing experience with my breast augmentation. I have had my breast done for a little over a year now. I am still very much in love with them. They have settled just perfectly. Dr.Stompro is the best!i have had laser hair removal and 2 hydro facials from this location. I have been nothing but satisfied with everything. This is a great place to spend the hard earned money on yourself and feel the results, feel your confidence boost.
