What I appreciate the most, was that my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy even before I left their office, physically, which, was a 10/10 for me because from past experiences, my doctor's office sometimes "forgets" to send them or has sent them later in the day, which delays the pick up especially if you need your meds which can be bothersome and sometimes annoying. They were able to check my benefits (to make sure the doctor took my insurance) within an hour (this usually takes an office a day or 2, depending how busy they are). And they were able to see us same day!!! I called around 950am and got an appointment for the same day at 1150. Now that's what I call service! This office is absolutely amazing.
